There was adequate light throughout the hotel room which I really appreciate as well as lots of desk space plus nice linens. A selection of tea options or coffee at reception 24/7. Pool, hot tub, and gym on site although I was too tired for any of it. Liked the noon checkout.

I felt like my air-conditioning unit was too noisy and kept going on and off, despite trying to make adjustments. I ultimately shut it off to sleep.

Only a quick stay here, and wish I could have stayed longer! Bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was very clean and quiet. Price was very competitive in the area. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked good. Location was great for my trip, everything I needed was close by. Check-in was fast and pleasant.

The room refrigerator was very small - I had to remove its shelves.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and offered excellent value. The bed linens were fresh and comfortable, and overall we had a very pleasant and restful stay.

The breakfast options were a bit limited. A bit more variety would make the experience even better.

Wonderful property. Friendly staff. Check in was easy. Nice breakfast choices. Comfortable beds. The water pressure was amazing and the room fridge was nice and cold. Easy access to Cleveland and the Cuyahoga National Park

Breakfast was really good really enjoyed my breakfast. King bed was really comfortable.

The price was rather higher than I expected the pool and hot tub were out of order and that was disappointing. But my main complaint is price I don't think it was worth almost 300 bucks a night.

My flights were delayed and I called the property and explained my situation, by the time I reached the hotel the staff had communicated my situation with the next person on duty and they had my room and key ready for me, I was so exhausted and was able to show my ID and go straight to my room which was very clean drop off my luggage, have a very delicious breakfast and go straight to bed. The staff here is amazing!

I have zero complaints

Very helpful, pleasant staff. Great location just off the interstate with restaurants nearby. Good value. Needs a makeover but we've stayed many times.

Only one ice machine. Pool closed for repair. Aging.

Our room and the facilities in general were clean. Check-in was smooth and friendly. We were just staying overnight on a drive from NYC to Chicago and it was perfect for that.

Everyone was great

I thought the breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs tasted fresh every day and were very fluffy. There certainly was a variety for breakfast which I think is great.
