Breakfast was satisfying. And Rosemary, one of the people helping and prepping during breakfast, was terrific. The beds were comfortable. The location (a commercial area off an interstate exit), while not a scenic spot, managed to have pleasing landscaping and enough trees surrounding the parking area to screen the neighboring buildings and streets.

More hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes and hanging wet towels would have been nice. And a larger wastebin would be better for the room. Our take-out dinner containers, which were not numerous, didn't fit in it. One container had to be perched on top and empty water bottles placed on the floor.

This is a clean, comfortable, well-run hotel in a convenient location, close to the highway and several restaurants and stores. The free breakfast, which is available until 10 a.m., is one of the best I've seen in a hotel at this price level. There is a good variety of food and they serve quality brands (such as Kelloggs cereals, Philadelphia cream cheese, and Yoplait yogurt). The staff are efficient and friendly. The bathroom in our room was large and well laid-out.

The sound insulation between our room (106) and the room next door wasn't good. We could hear every word of their conversations and TV through the adjoining door, which made it hard to go to sleep. Also, the bedspreads were scratchy.

This is a great stopping point right off the highway. I usually don’t have expectations for economical lodging, but this place was just perfect. The service was exceptional. Everything was really clean. I’m allergic to dogs, so they put us on the third floor, which is more often reserved for guests without dogs. My husband said the fitness center was more than satisfactory. I particularly appreciate how accommodating Suzie was, at the front desk. Everybody seems to take pride in their job and their facility. We will definitely stay there again.

The bed was comfortable, but we generally like a mattress that’s more firm. Hard to please a wide range of preferences though.

The lady at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. The location was great. Restaurants within walking distance. Walmart across the street. Close to the expressway. The breakfast had a lot of options and started at 6am on Sunday. My children had fun in the pool.

The furniture in the rooms appeared old and worn. Fitness center was very small and only had about 4 machines total. The place where the food was kept was small and became crowded quickly once a few guests came down for breakfast.

Location is great when visiting my grandkids. Breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly.

Beds were a little hard for my liking. My biggest issue is there were only 2 small tables on the patio. We like to sit outside and most times there was no room. The patio is big enough for 10 to 12 tables. Please add more to your patio!

The room was very cold when I arrived (thermostat at 67°F), and once I turned the heat up to 70°F, the air became sooo dry that I was coughing and drinking water all night instead of sleeping. Even after I turned the heat down to 69°F. Needs some humidity.

Location was perfect for a road trip stop and we needed to be able to walk to get food, road trip supplies, etc. after being in the car for so long. Breakfast was really good!

No complaints. The local restaurants aren't good, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Thankful for extra blanket because room was cold. Breakfast was healthy and delicious.

Our room was very cold and we couldn't get hot air to blow- seemed like air conditioning was on and we couldn't switch to heat. Wished bathroom light switch could be separate from fan- would be helpful during the night when you want to be quiet

Easy access from freeway. Comfortable beds.

Dated bathrooms. Parking only on one side of the building making for a long walk with luggage to my room. Thin walls allowed TV in room next door to be heard all night when the person in that room fell asleep and forgot to shut it off.

Breakfast was really nice and so was the pool. Beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. Location close to a lot of restaurants too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Slippery pool deck, non working pool key card (was under repair waiting for a chip apparently), and the price was a bit high (value).
