The owner was very kind and accommodating. Offered complimentary water and soda. Had hot coffee and light breakfast in the morning. The jacuzzi suite was amazing, with a moon roof to add to the relaxation. The rooms were very clean and smelled nice. There were no bugs. The outside of the room and parking lot was well lit at night. Plenty of stores and food in walking distance. Safe and quiet.

There was only a half roll of tissue on the roll, but it was enough for us. Housekeeping should remember to leave an extra roll in the suites just in case. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Perfect location for going to Blossom. Love that all rooms are on the first floor. There is a Dunkin next door for coffee, McDonald’s next to Dunkin and Red Lobster also next door. Nice big rooms, beds were comfy. Will definitely stay here again for next Blossom show!

My only complaint is the lack of outlets to charge your phone, laptop, ect. There was a nice desk but no outlet close to it. Not a deal breaker though.

Very friendly hotel staff, starting with the manager Mr. Chita, very clean facilities with no cigarette smell, very fast wifi, in the office you can find coffee, juice and muffins for breakfast, located on a main road close to food pubs and Walmart, dollar tree, if you go by bus the bus route that goes from Akron is 31-32 and passes very close to the hotel.The room has refrigerator and microwave.

maybe you could put coffee makers in the rooms

For the price, I expected much less. It was clean, no wierd smells, easy to get in and out, very good shower. The wifi did not work. It was not important enough for me to go to the desk though.

Perfect for what I needed , I have stayed in many Hotels over my career High end and low end . If your looking for the Hilton this is not , but if your your looking for quite and comfortable in a great location near stores restaurants and the exspessway than this is perfect a little dated but nice. PS the pillows are a little skimpy....lol

Really close to Cuyahoga National Park, right on highway. Very clean, renovated. There is small breakfast offered but we went to Panera Bread which is right across the street

Dim light in the room, towels were already really worn

Clean and perfect for a one night stay No breakfast or am coffee, but didn't expect all that for the price.

I loved the bathtub, and that there were a lot of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Was able to walk to get dinner, which was nice since I had been driving all day.

The wifi would not connect at night. There were no numbers on the phone to call the front desk, No attendant at check out. Just sleep slide your key under the window. Breakfast was packaged sweets and juice. I just walked to Dunkin

Very nice room, everything was well maintained and clean. The staff was very friendly, the motel is within walking distance of some restaurants.

It would be helpful to have a grab bar for the tub/shower. The hair dryer could have a better attachment to the wall.

The King Jacuzzi room was immaculate. The staff was very professional & accommodating. The property & rooms look brand new. We have no complaints and would stay again.
