The hotel is very nice & the front desk staff was great.

I had reserved 2 dbl queen rooms to accommodate 3 adults & a 9 yr. old child. I ended up with 2 king bedrooms. Total of 2 beds instead of 4 that I had originally reserved. I ended up sharing a bed with my elderly mother and my grandson had to sleep on the small chaise lounge sofa that was in the room. While the other adult that traveled with us got a king room to herself which was great for her. The hotel ended up being sold out for this wknd so changing of rooms was unavailable.

First time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again. Check in was quick and easy, staff was very nice and accomodating, and they even made sure I could get extra towels for the kids after ttheir baths. The room and bathroom were very ccan, the pooool was nice and warm,and the breakfast was AMAZING! Some of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The breakfast attendant was SUPER sweet and invitinng and she didn't hesitate to tell us to eat as much as we'd like lol. My family and I lucked up with this hotel from the price to the cleanliness and hospitality. Will be booking another room really soon!

Everything exceeded my expectations. No regrets!

I unfortunately did not have a chance to sample the breakfast. It smelled inviting tho as I walked through the lobby. Location was great. Easy to many dining, entertainment & business locations. Also easy access to highways.

A guide to the TV would have been helpful as well as a menu to the restaurant in case you wanted to order to go. Additionally, some info on the surrounding area would be helpful. There was absolutely no info available in the room.

I have never been disappointed with a holiday Inn express. This location was a bit different for me the lobby area was smaller than normal and only had 1 elevator. I have no complaints about the hotel. I like Holiday Inn express because they have a phenomenal breakfast. They consider those of us that try to eat healthier.

The bathroom that sits close to the lobby may need to have some air freshners installed. Someone used the rest room and you can smell that whoever used it pooped and that's not a pleasant smell getting on the elevator.

Location was convenient. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable, pleasant, and quiet, and the breakfast was great!

Returning to the area after 50 years, I was saddened by the poorly planned strip development along West Market Street in the area surrounding the Holiday Inn Express. I live in a remote rural location in eastern Washington, so it is always a shock to my system to be in this type of environment.

The room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious. My wife and I were very impressed by the breakfast selection. The staff was extremely friendly.

The only negative is our room had a very annoying low volume beeping noise. It sounded like it was coming from the outlet between the beds. The outlet has USB chargers built in so it could've been the power converters in it. It was driving my wife crazy cause even with the fan and a noise maker we brought, she could still her it when she tried to sleep. We didn't want to complain to change rooms because we already travelled all day, unpacked and were ready for bed. We let the front desk know so maintenance could fix it.

check-in was pretty smooth , small hiccup with the key card but Wesley took care of immediately. He is such a friendly, personable, awesome person. super helpful with our questions about breakfast, pool, etc. Beds and pillows are so comfortable, room was roomy, bathroom was beautiful. They have shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap and lotion Dove Brand! Parking was free and plenty of spots. Kuerig in room with coffee pods, mini frig and microwave as well. Hot breakfast with muffins, cereal, egg omelet, sausage, bagels etc.. even a pancake machine but it was out of service unfortunately 😔 juices, coffees, teas , toast etc. I did not have picture of lobby but added the mini frig.

just that the pancake machine was working and today was not the bacon day 😂

The facility was fairly clean, I liked that it smelled clean but the floors could use some cleaning, especially in the elevators and common areas. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the tub handle and they fixed right away.

The place was updated but detail cleaning was needed. The tub tiles and bathtub had a little mold that could be cleaned off with a detailed clean. It was not a huge issue but minor. Overall it felt clean.

Ideal location to shopping, restaurants and most importantly family. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay for eating on the run.

Experienced a problem in bathroom but a remedy was offered until problem could be resolved.

Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and better free breakfast than at most hotels. We also enjoyed the pool and courtyard. The location was convenient and within an easy walk of restaurants and the mall. We also used the electric vehicle charging station which worked well and was free. Overall, very happy with our stay.

The room was a little dark - it could have used another lamp.
