Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly.

At first the room I was put in was wet all along air conditioner, I was told issue was fixed but by the next morning it was wet all the way to couch. I notified Staff and they said they would move me to a new room. It was over four hours later they moved me. I was hoping for a room close by but it was two floors down and it was difficult to move all my things. Overall, after that I had a nice stay.

The breakfast was fabulous and Johnathan in Food prep was exceptional, helpful and kind. Jonathan made our stay.

1) A guide book or sheet on Wifi password, local eateries or take out places would have been thoughtful. 2)BTW, light bulbs over the desk needed replaced or the fixture plain did not work.3) I may have tipped the housekeeper if I had had a name or initials of who cleaned our room, like: cleaned by: ABC. Due to this lack of all of these, we felt a little lost and unwelcome until the next morning.

I had never stayed in an extended stay suite before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised by the large size of the room, the full and well-appointed kitchen, and the lovely bathroom. I didn't have time for the gym or need the laundry, but I was impressed by those, also. The room wasn't cheap, but it was lower in cost than most local alternatives, with added features such as the kitchen.

This property was very clean, we stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa which meant there was plenty of room for us and our 2 teenagers. Bedroom even had a ceiling fan. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices, again very clean. Staff we interacted with were all very friendly. Location was close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Nothing it was great

Staff was friendly and our floor was completely remodeled. Very comfy bed and pillows. The gentleman that worked the Continental breakfast was very nice and very proud of his freshly prepared muffins. They were delicious.

We called down for extra towels around 8am Saturday morning and never received them. Didn’t wreck our stay but thought it was worth a mention. Still had a really great stay.

Staff was nice, room was good. we didnt get to enjoy the pool so I can not rate that - pool was closed. otherwise it was a decent stay, no major complainst besides the pool

We arrived and they notified us that the pool was out of commission- i would not have booked iwhtout a pool, my kids came swim hungry... beds and pillows were average

We’ve stayed at this property 3 or 4 times in the past two years. It’s always nice and clean, the staff are always nice.

The last time we stayed here, the breakfast was exceptional. Yogurt, muffins, donuts, fresh eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, fresh fruit. This time, breakfast was just okay, mostly just eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, toast and cereal. I felt like the quality had gone down since the last time and there was less to choose from.

The breakfast was great for hotel breakfast! The gentleman preparing the food was great! He was accommodating and made fresh muffins!! His customer service was excellent!

I checked in super late traveling from NC! Due to that I was charged a no show fee. It ended up being the same charge as the nightly fee plus 2 dollars more so I didn’t make a fuss but it was confusing and an inconvenience

the room was as advertised and clean. The breakfast was amazing. the overall décor of the Hotel was beautiful.

Upon check in the front desk clerk was dealing with some unruly guests that had to many people in the room. this led to around eight police officers and even the K-9 unit to be dispatched. we didn t check in for almost an hour. once we did the officers had filled the elevator to go to the same floor we where headed to. we arrived un our room settled in and then took my two kids to the pool. unfortunately other guests had a party in the pool are and outdoor grill area. no towels in the pool area and it was left a mess

Proximity to Cleveland. The pool schedule opened early and closed late. The breakfast, gentleman/chef, was phenomenal. As a manager in business, I would love to have been able to convince him to come work for me if I worked close by. Keep him and give him a raise.The housekeeping staff member blonde lady had great customer service. She was friendly and greeted us every morning. She is another associate who deserves a raise. I wished I had remembered the names of these 2 associates, but unfortunately, I didn't.

The pull out bed was filthy, and there were no sheets on it when we arrived.
