Overall cleanliness. That is very important.

The breakfast coupon system. The food was not very good. Egg omelet was way overcooked. Ham was poor quality. Home fries were not thoroughly cooked, appeared like they were reheated. The best part of breakfast was the toast. Waitress was not very attentive made a lot of simple mistakes resulting in her apologizing several times.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I grew up in Akron and attended St. Vincent's...so it was really cool to sit in the bar/restaurant and see my old high school....and show my partner. I slept well because the bed and bedding were wonderful. The shower, OMG, I want that shower! The amenities were excellent, thank you very much, and I appreciated the iron/ironing board since I needed to press my dress for a wedding. CLEAN! The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit cut into bite size pieces, egg, granola, pastries...perfect! IT was a surprise and I was delighted! The breakfast lady, the one from Detroit, is AMAZING! She made the whole trip. She suggested we check out the Blu Jazz on Saturday night and I loved it...why did I ever move away? All good. Easy check out too!

Market Street was blocked off and I didn't know about the FREE parking in the parking garage behind the hotel...somehow, let travelers know to pull into the lot and enter the hotel from down there...otherwise, you will have some frustrated customers at check in. This was only a minor issue.

The rooms were good size, modern and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to freinds and other family.

I honestly cannot think of one thing that could have been better. I was completely satisfied.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was super nice. I like the security of them locking the doors after 11. The parking garage was free for hotel guests. Our venue we were going to was right across the street! Overall, a great stay.

Lovely hotel, short walk to Akron Civic Theatre, cool bars and coffee shops, Art Gallery and brewery are just around the corner. Also, if you're feeling like going for a run, Erie-Ohio canal trail is right there.

Great location for my meetings at Summa health. Charming building and clean room. Walking distance to a nice brewery- Acronym Brewing- and the best little coffee shop in the USA- Akron Coffee Rosters.

Parking was convenient. Definitely read up on the instructions for this on the hotel website. Check-in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was comfortable. Location was perfect.

Not much to complain about. It was pricey but definitely within lines of other properties in the area.

Room can be quite noisy from outside car traffic. Our stay was during a street construction project. So glad I packed ear plugs.

Hotel is A+++ by all means. But what really makes the place truly exceptional is extremely forthcoming personnel and among them Mrs Danett is really a rare find.
