The whirlpool in the room was amazing. Water temps were great, hot, hot water. The pool and spa were very clean and comfortable. They allowed my cat to stay for a $20 pet fee.

The breakfast is not a full continental breakfast. There are waffles, muffins, cookies and cereal. No hot foods like eggs and bacon. The coffee machine has a variety of blends for your choosing but the creamer pack I opened and poured into my cup had a small ball of blue threads in it. So I didn’t drink the coffee but my husband did and he said it tastes great.

Great location. Spacious rooms and indoor swimming pool and workout facilities! The luggage cart was a nice addition.

there were no ashtrays in our smoking room. And the staff had none. There was no ice bucket either, but the staff did provide us one when we asked for it.

All the staff are amazing and been very helpful. They also have a great manager Theresa and helped me with all my needs. Minisha is super nice and very courteous and helped with all my request. Even the maintenance and cleaners (T and i dont know the rest of their names.) I’m beyond grateful foe their service and this hotel is really recommendable. super near the airport canton airport.

Not much though, I stayed for a week. not sure if they require cleaning everyday or it is scheduled. I don’t mind, but atleast they could have informed the guest when will be the cleaning day of each room. :)

Comfortable bed and smoking rooms.

I love that I was able to bring my dog and that they have a pool that is open till 11 and rooms with jet tubs and offer smoking rooms.

The bedding was kinda stained and breakfast ends too early.

The whirlpool room is very decently priced and the room was very clean. Also very decently priced for being able to bring your dog along.

Even for a continental breakfast, most items were gone/lacking. There is also a $50 deposit that I had go contact the property 3x before it was returned. Just something to keep an eye on!

The location was great. Staff was friendly. The pool was small but served its purpose for the kids.

We had a ton of burn holes in our blankets. Our door didn’t close all the way unless you pulled/pushed it and our phone cord was cut. There were also very limited towels and pillows.

The staff was wonderful, everything was clean, and the pool was open. Me and my friend had a wonderful time while we were there. It's in a busy but quite area with lots of shopping and eating. The price for the hotel is reasonable too. We enjoyed our stay and we will be staying here again.

I would have preferred to have more pillows, no matter where I stay it's my #1 complaint! I sleep much better with plenty of pillows

Sweetest employees Had a great time. We had a honor of having two very nice and sweet ladies. They would ask us every time they seen us if we needed anything or what anything. Our room was missing pillows and they gave us fresh one right out the dryer. I can't thank you two enough the laughs, we had a great time. We will b back because of you two. Thank you Manisha and Mia. It was nice to meet you.
