It was so comfortable and felt very luxurious. We loved that our King room was like a suite with a corner sofa sleeper. We were able to have friends visit and not feel like we were sitting in a bedroom. Also, loved having a jetted hot tub as a hotel amenity.

My husband wanted scrambled eggs for breakfast but there were none on either morning breakfast buffet. All the breakfast fajita fixings were out there, except eggs. That said, it really wasn't a huge deal. I would have never said anything about it except you're asking what we didn't like and this is the closest thing I can think of!

Great location and easy to get to, staff was friendly and helpful. We actually had a minor issue that we called the front desk about once we were in our room- the TV had a small defect but it was very noticeable while watching it- and the staff immediately offered us a different room and made that transition very easy. The gym is available 24hrs as should be -and the equipment is new and fun to use. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hot tub

The only dislike was the entrance and exit - there is only one to the main highway and it can be difficult to exit the property even when turning right. Bummer- they need another exit/entrance on the other side as well.

staff always very nice

one pillow case had blood stain on it bigger than 50 cent piece. very easy to spot house keeping should not of ever left that pillow case on it and top it off they turned pillow so couldn't see it but it was right in middle. would not of known until switched around pillows. also breakfast was poor selection same items.

The Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Quality Coffee & Tea Selections ; variety of menu , Eggs , Bacon , Sausage , Fresh Fruits , & multiple kinds of Cereals & kinds of Milk. Nice Shower , water pressure & temperature . Television was easy to operate as have Direc TV .

Room was Chilly ; we did not locate Thermostat until morning of second day . Assumed it was because it was cooler outdoors & there was not a way to adjust .

Cleanliness and the size of the room ok,

Pool have some areas needs to repair or do something because are slippery also not enough towels The breakfasts not many choices and I have a coffee with coffee grains (I think someone forget to put a filter ) We have the room facing the road and was noice

Reasonably priced for what you get. Liked the jacuzzi and convenient distance to Footbal Hall of Fame and local restaurants. It's also dog friendly.

Need more staffing at the front desk area since they are in charge of checking people in and out and covering the kitchen and bar area too.

This property was highly recommended to us by a friend. We loved it and did not want to leave the comfy bed. From check-in to every interaction, our stay was great. We would definitely book again when/if we're in the Canton area, as well as recommend to others. The staff (Front Desk & Housekeeping) was great and so accommodating of every request and inquiry; our room was great (did I mention the comfy bed); the Fitness Ctr was great; COMPLIMENTARY Breakfast was great; the Lobby was welcoming with beautiful decor and artwork and I noticed the bowl of apples (maybe wrap those :-)); The location was great, accessible to highway for our short commute; as well as many dining and shopping options. Oh, onsite free parking was great. TY Hyatt Place-Canton for a great stay!

The rooms were nice. I appreciated the decor of the room and spaciousness.

The beds were uncomfortable and someone left their trash in the hallway. This was horrible because it remained in the hallway all night. I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned. This was not indicated at the time of booking or check in at the hotel.

Really spacious, lovely hotel with great facilities and friendly staff

The fact they decided to do carpark maintenance and close the majority of the parking lot when we were there meaning we had to park in a lot for the neighbouring restaurant overnight.

The bed was incredibly comfortable & the room was comfortable.

The lack of toilet paper in the bathroom was disappointing. One roll had enough for 1 use & the other roll was over half used with no extra rolls.
