Read from reviews hotel was recently renovated or in process.If so they did a very nice job. Rooms were nice,very clean , well stocked since rooms are only cleaned every other day. Staff was very nice & if asked for anything they were very helpful. Only complaints was breakfast was good but @ 8:30 in morning food was not replenished well. Breakfast was from 6-10a.m. Love they do have coffee,tea & cocoa all day available in lobby. Hotels location was great. Easy to get to Football Hall of Fame & Gervasi Winery. And near plenty of good local & chain restaurants.

The staff was amazing! Our room was clean and very nicely sized. The pool and hot tub are always fantastic here. The back deck is nice to sit and relax on.

There was a group of people who were celebrating in the pool area and back deck our last night here. There was sooo much hair floating in the pool it was gross. We didn’t get to enjoy our last night. I wish there would have been a pool net to clean out the hair. My kids love swimming, and we had to quit. We did go to the front desk but were told maintenance was not there on Sunday. They also had no net or key to closet to check. That was our only problem the whole weekend.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. The place was under some cosmetic construction the weekend we were there, and it was barely noticeable due to how clean everything was. A great spot in the heart of Canton. Close to the highway, airport (CAK), restaurants, and mall. Offers free breakfast in the mornings.

Rooms are sort of poorly lit, which is strange given the modern feel of the place. That said, lots of amenities made up for that--fresh towels every day, hair dryer included, and iron and ironing board available in the closet.

Very modern decor - very clean and comfortable. The room was larger than most similar rooms I've booked. The bed was also larger and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the overall welcoming look and feel. Exceptionally clean - great for germophobes like myself!

Nice rooms, with comfortable beds. There was a room mix up from booking.com to the hotel and the hotel had it resolved before we were even there. Front desk was pleasant at check in & check out. Breakfast was a good hotel breakfast, kids loved the waffle maker. Pool & hot tub were clean, you go through the pool to the back patio where we ate dinner. This hotel is also in close proximity to the pro-football hall of fame.

We were able to check in at about 10am. Breakfast was good and location was convenient (Close to the NFL Hall of Fame). Overall we were satisfied with the stay.

Bed was a little hard for my liking. Tub sweeked like it was going to fall through the floor. Freeway noise could be heard inside the room.

The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold food. Our room had all the accommodations. We needid with a refrigerator and microwave and a pull out couch. We had great communication with the staff with problems that we found.

Or stopper got stock was not addressed while we were there. also found some mold in the bathroom.

The place was great! Clean rooms, clean and modern lobby, good free breakfast, the staff was fabulous. We loved the pool and hot tub. They also had a nice patio area with chairs, tables and umbrellas. I would recommend this place to family and friends. 10/10.

The breakfast was pretty bad. I realize trying to accomodate people like u do can present a challenge. But no breakfast would have been better than a Luke warm omelet and frozen pastries thst took 5 min to defrost in the toasters

Location was good... Breakfast was simple... Probably could of had a couple more hot items... may be a potato... Otherwise it was good.
