The girl who was working the front desk (wish I had gotten her name) was super sweet to me even after dealing with a situation just prior to my arrival. I arrived before the scheduled check in and asked her if we could check in early but we were unable to due to the hotel being renovated and rooms were being cleaned. She assured me we would have a room because I was understanding about what she just experienced. We came back around 2:45 and she checked me in with no issues. I also want to say how happy I was to hear Charlie, who runs the breakfast, was still there. He too is so sweet and we love talking to him.

When I arrived, I had found out the hotel was under new mgmt, therefore renovations were going on. I wish I had known prior to my arrival.

After I booked this hotel for 2 nights during the eclipse (because of the great value), I read the reviews which were not good! After we arrived, I could not believe how wrong they were!! Our room was very clean and newly updated! The staff couldn't be any nicer, and the gentleman serving the breakfast area kept everything filled and clean, also he was very personable! WE WILL RETURN!

The staff was very nice and considerate due to it was a cheer/hip-hop competition that we was going to the next morning so they was very supportive due to we had kids that wanted to swim and have fun we absolutely LOVED they had a indoor swimming pool and amazing breakfast in the morning to help start the LONG DAY ahead of us.

The housekeeper didn’t clean the room as what was supposed to of been done there was candy & popcorn under the sofa cushions and under the foldout bed was old trash that was left behind which shows things wasn’t moved to be cleaned right and the king bed had trash left from last guest in the bedroom which also shows that wasn’t swept underneath either.

We wanted to be close to the Football Hall of Fame. This was close with many restaurants in the surrounding area. The breakfast was very good and Charlie was really friendly!

The ice machines were not working. One of the elevators wasn't working.

This was probably the best experience I have had in a hotel I told the front desk I appreciate it. The bed was unbelievable bro when the most comfortable bed’s iPad I don’t know what they do with this hotel but it’s run extremely well and I will be back thank you to all the staff.

Nothing like I said above everything was excellent there’s no reason to say anything else

Indoor swimming pool was out of service and the bedding was chintzy. The air conditioner only had one speed- high. No control over the temperature in the room.

they never seemed to have any towels even thou I asked for 3rd set in my reservation & then always gave me a hassle or hard time to obtain some after a 6day stay with 3 people one a child you need more then o1 towel to clean your body / 2nd I didn’t like that the 100$ deposit is not mentioned on booking .com or there site and it took 14 days to return back to acct with PNC

There was a great variety of different foods at breakfast and was very satisfied.

I was just a bit surprised of all the negative reviews that I read because I didn't experience any of that but I guess you're gonna have some people that will never be satisfied no matter how much you try.

The location is very convenient for any and all your needs. Shopping, dining and family activities are all within a few miles from the hotel. The continental breakfast is always good and different choices.

The onsite laundry facilities are very convenient and helpful. The only downfall to it is the dryer needed to be run 2x per load to dry them.

Very friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, delicious breakfast, finding out Charlie and Melinda were still there. Upon arrival, Melinda greeted me with a smile and asked if I wanted a room a first floor which I was def happy with. She realized i booked a double room and just switched the rooms for me. She explained how the charges would show up on my card which i appreciated. She is so sweet and so friendly and an asset to the hotel. Anytime I walked by and Melinda was at the desk, she always said hello and with a sincere smile. I was also happy to find out Charlie, who runs the breakfast, was still there. He too, is so sweet and so friendly. He greets you with a warm sweet smile and friendly hello. He keeps the breakfast running smoothly and always makes time for a friendly chat with the guests. Melinda and Charlie are the reasons i stay at this hotel.

Despite being under new ownership, the hotel was a bit dated. My husband had to tighten the toilet seat because it was loose. Also, as we were trying to get some sleep, we were constantly being woke up by other guests at all hours of the night with the latest being around 3am.
