Location was great for what we needed. Breakfast was excellent. Our reception was delightful. The person that checked us in was nice, helpful and courteous. She even extended our check out time since our flight wasn’t until the afternoon. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Parking was convenient and our room was well designed for comfort and relaxing. The 2 things that are important to me is a comfortable bed with extra pillows and a warm breakfast. You aced it! Thank you.

I realize prices are inching up everywhere but a slightly less nightly rate would have made our stay perfect.

Exactly what I have come to expect from Embassy Suites. Clean, well appointed, attractive, well designed rooms with excellent trained staffs. My waiter at the restaurant was new (he told me). It was clear he had received training and was kind/attentive.

Unfortunately breakfast starts later on weekends and I had to be at my event early. I wish this policy was changed as many come to the area for weekend events (sports etc) and we don’t get breakfast.

Really enjoyed the pool, complimentary breakfast, & midday snack and drinks. Also great that every room has a sofa bed.

Carpet in our room could use a replacement or good shampooing to get rid of stains. Also the tvs didn’t have any streaming service options, although we enjoyed some movies on the cable, a Netflix or other streaming app as an option would’ve been nice.

Breakfast is exceptional. The help is very friendly and helpful...from front desk to bartender to morning breakfast room employees. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Two things could be improved, in our opinion....better quality TP (thin &rough) and pillows which were way to soft & skinny for our liking.

Was there for Christmas, had sister meet us there during manager reception. We had one drink and it was completely dead, but bartender asked sister if she was a guest at the hotel. Ridiculous

Everything, and everyone. From the amenities to the staff ! This was the best hotel stay that my wife and I have ever had. Amanda and Vera were absolutely breakfast divas. We showed up late for breakfast one morning, but Amanda got a hot breakfast for us anyway. Deanna was a fabulous , professional mixologist ! with a great personality and sense of humor. Dimitri was welcoming and professional during check-in . The rooms were clean and well appointed. The amenities were top notch, from a cozy fire-pit to an excellent fitness center with modern equipment. The pool area was clean and spotless as well. We met the manager Jafar . The relationship, and respect he had for the staff, and the staff for him was palpable! We noticed at a very busy period during breakfast that Jafar pitched in to help the staff from becoming overwhelmed during the breakfast rush. This is a top notch hotel ! ! ! a rare find in today’s world.

The breakfast spread and the manager in the dining place was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. They're also providing complimentary bottled water, which was just what we needed the most. It was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel that's rarely seen in other hotels nowadays.

A 24-hour front desk would have been helpful if we were atuck on the road coming to the hotel.

Very clean, and quiet. This was just a one night getaway, we had the shopping center, and movies at the next exit we used that spent some alone time away from home and enjoyed the evening,

Room service was over at 10pm so we had to order out, but it wasnt really a big deal at all.

Breakfast selection was outstanding. We were in town to visit the pro football hall of fame, couldn't have had a better location. The staff was awesome and can't beat the happy hour

The only thing that comes to mind that I would change is there was no bathroom fan in the room.

Beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The people at the front desk and in the dining area were all professional and very sweet and friendly. I enjoyed speaking with the lady who cooked the omelettes. The breakfast was excellent!! We loved our stay!
