This property was very clean inside and out. The room was furnished very nicely. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable, and the food at the little restaurant was delicious.

The proximity to the interstate made for a very loud night, but if you’re used to noise, it doesn’t really bother you

Lobby and outdoor patio area was really charming! Lovely fire pit, lighting and seating made the front of the hotel a lovely place to gather, get a drink and food, and to relax

The rooms were fine, spacious and clean, but a little basic - like multiple bubbles in the wall paper seemed a little shoddy. But everything we clean and worked fine. I only mention the wallpaper because I think I heard the lobby staff describe it as a 5 star property.

The shuttle service was extremely beneficial and the shuttle driver on the Night of 09/16 was AMAZING! He went above and beyond, not only driving, but also later when I was in the lobby. The front desk lady the same night also went above and beyond to help me check in and fill out the pet paperwork. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. The shuttle the next morning 09/17 was also very friendly and personable. I don't think I've ever stayed anywhere where every single employee I came across was this nice.

Due to Booking.com OVER booking we were not able to stay at this facility. They arranged for another very nearby facility in advance to a better hotel, which was outstanding.

The fact that Booking.com overbooked, which I was told is a regular occurrence, at least at this facility.

A very nice environment with many food options on site.

The cleaning service was okay, but the showers didn’t have enough towels for two people so be sure to ask for more. Also the showers need to have the faucets more operable.

We had room service every day!!! Staff was friendly and helpful.

We didn't like the fact that you don't have a free breakfast. $12 was a little high for the food you have to offer.

the first thing I must say and I was very shocked! How races some of your employees are. I travel for football for my son. this was the second hilton in 2 weeks we stayed in and experienced this behaviors. Florida is no different. This will be my last time in a hilton. crazy im a member also.

Need to upgrade the electronics - no usb ports in room. Had to use the monitor in office use area, which worked but not really convenient. I had a block which worked for my phone but not my newer watch.

The front lobby is pleasant and welcoming with the fire place and Christmas decorations. The cookies at check in are great and the room itself clean and comfortable.

I like everything about the property.

Lobby is open and welcoming. We love the modern furnitures & fixtures. Spacious room, comfy bed and linens. Great location for transient guest. Refillable toiletries.

The bathroom is outdated. Bath tub was peeling off. Toilet bowl was too loud when flushed. The A/ C was loud too and too cold for us and even though we adjusted it. We didn't sleep well with all the noise.
