I like that everyone was really kind and they left me alone. I hate when front desk workers are just on your butt and a rude, and this place is not like that this place has really chill workers that are very nice and the only complaint I have is that there's no microwave and no fridge but they have a really comfortable bed and no one bothers you which is the most important. Extremely pet friendly.

The staff gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and they treated us well upon our check out.

In the middle of the night, there was A misunderstanding with one staff member Diana due to there was a group of young kids throwing a party, Diana threatened to throw me, my family and others innocent patrons out of our rooms and to call the police if we had a problem. Shortly afterwards a family member in another room saw a roach. We took all of our belongings to the car, but didn’t sleep well since we were afraid of being put out and also to see a roach.

Sorry, I never got to stay at this location. But I have spoken to a gentleman who has great customer service and who has the patience of a God! He works in the mornings or afternoons . Sir, keep up the good work and the staff as well. You have a good team there! I had some issues with the rooms , where I couldn't come there. The management team corrected it immediately. From my family thank you. .

Price was good for what I needed the room for. Staff was quick to respond to any inquiries that I had.

For my room in particular, the toilet wasn't mounted properly and rocked a little bit when sitting on it. My room also did not have a refrigerator, a microwave or an ironing board.

The gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful. Rooms were budget-friendly. The hot water and shower pressure were amazing! It was quiet.

Not enough pillows and the pillows were kind of flat! Requested more but they were unable to accommodate. The room could have been cleaner. Cigarette burns underneath sheets weren't an aesthetic find. It was affordable though.

Affordable, friendly staff and location. It is located in very close proximity to several shopping areas and food establishments. Will at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable, great employee.

Honestly, for the price and location, it is hard to find anything that I really didn't like about the stay.

Check in staff was super friendly and helpful. Room quality exceeded my expectations, definitely better than a usual Booking score of 6. Good to have the microwave and fridge as described.

Most of the room was very clean, just one small corner missed sweeping. Also, soundproofing could have been better.

the motel was in a very convenient location. right next door to a bob evans so we enjoyed a good breakfast since the motel didn't have one. the room was comfortable and the staff was nice. mainly clean.

This is my go to hotel for stays in NE Ohio. It's a short drive to Massillon or Cleveland. And they're flexible with my reservation.

The night check-in lady was so friendly. I remembered her from our last stay. Room was very clean and the price for our stay was very affordable. When I find a hotel at a location that I visit that I really like and the staff is friendly and attentive I'll always return. The ladies that clean were friendly as well. I will be booking this establishment again in the future.
