Breakfast was decent. Pool was cool. Beds were comfy, Front Desk Staff was friendly and accommodating, close to shops and food, you got to go to Roosters and Maple street Biscuits Co. !! I will say it was a pretty good stay.

The Lady at breakfast if its over at 9am .. Just clean up on time, rope it off, don't dangle food in front of vultures lol. Lady got mad I came down at 9:30 am (didn't check breakfast times my bad )and put waffle mix in the mixer and breakfast was over. She was rude heated the waffle and thru it out told me breakfast was over at 9am and I couldn't have any of the food that was left which was plentiful too. Then proceeded to talk about me to another employee when she thought I walked away. She was nice the 1st day, so I just figured she was having a bad morning she gave me a lil fake smile as she got caught talking about me , I just went about my day .

The room was clean. The pool was clean and refreshing.

The bed was horrible. It was like sleeping on a cot. The pillows were horrible. Everything is so cheap and outdated. The couch was broke down and filthy. The cups and toiletries were the cheapest available The pool area, tables and chairs were covered in bird poop. The chairs were broken and need replaced. The breakfast was inedible. Lower quality than McDonalds.

The seclusion of the building and the size of the room. I liked that there was separation of the room to the bathroom and that it had a desk, microwave and fridge.

The building is pretty big, and I understand that to help out the housekeepers to keep occupied guests rooms close but I was solo with my child and the people I had right next to me were slamming their door repeatedly at one point and intentionally late at night. And I could smell the presence of some use of weed. There was no yelling and overly zealous carrying on it stayed mostly peaceful.

Nice location - very close to the NFL Hall of Fame (our reason for going to Canton, OH). Nice, big room and comfortable bed.

The shower didn't work (I informed the front desk when checking out); bf was good but the juices were terrible (apparently it was from Choice and franchisees of this particular location didn't have a choice - no pun intended).

Breakfast was awesome! The sliced bread crust was a bit too hard, and the scrambled eggs were a tad too moist for my taste, but everything else was delicious.

I would appreciate it if fresh towels could be provided more frequently during extended stays, considering the cost of my accommodation.

Great location and nice view

Everything about the property was nice. The room was hot though and it took most of the night to cool down, so sleeping was a little warm. Not our intention to complain though! We loved it!

We weren't at Comfort Inn other than to sleep. We in Canton to visit family and have our annual family holiday baking. I was very pleased that you placed all my other family members that stayed at Comfort Inn on the same floor close to each other. We will be using Comfort Inn again next year.

It was all very good. No Complaints.

Bacon was cold and limp, eggs were cold and rubbery. The coffee/juice bar should not be next to the waffle maker, way too much congestion in a small area. Also we had 2 people in our room with only 1 bath/hand towel. Sadly we did t notice it until 1 of us was in the shower.

Very close to everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Carpets need to be shampooed. Not sure what they use to clean the bathroom floor but it was slick, can be very dangerous for an elderly person. There should be 2 towels for each person, not 1.

Compared to most Comfort Inns, this one in North Canton easily rises above the rest. It was extremely clean, well appointed, and very affordable. The queen-size mattress was extremely comfortable, including the smaller but well stuffed pillows. The TV was so easy to operate with the simple remote, and WiFi without a password, nice. I was just there overnight for the Gladys Knight / O'Jays concert but will be sure to come back as Canton itself was such a welcoming, lovely town.

It difficult to find one complaint. The only suggestion in the room design is to have additional space for toiletries beside the sink counter.
