The room was very clean. The room smelled good and fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely would stay here again. Centrally located for family to stop by to visit.

The pool water was cold, and the grandchildren could not swim. We were visiting over Thanksgiving 2024. Because of the thanksgiving holiday the staff was limited because of the hotel giving staff off for holiday. We were informed no housekeeping on Thanksgiving Day which was fine, but we found out if we wanted housekeeping for Friday, we had to ask for it? We assumed housekeeping would be working. But this is trivial, we would stay there again. No worries.

The room and location was amazing! Lots of room inside the room, bathroom had lots of space! I didn't feel crowded or confined due to a small bathroom. Will pick this place each year when I come for my daughters competition!

Honestly, the only issue i had was with Goodyears hot air balloon chasers. They felt the need to park their vehicles however way they wanted. So it made it difficult to park around back with limited spaces

We have stayed multiple times at this Springfield Suites. They proudly show the many awards they have achieved. From our experience they are deserved. We have always found the rooms, service and breakfast to be great. The staff at the breakfast buffet go out of their way to take care of the customers. We don't get to Canton much anymore, but when we do we always stay at the Springfield Suites. It is lovely.

Loved breakfast, the pool, and the room!!

When we arrived there was some black hairs in our sink and some straw on the floor but other then that the room was clean. We did have 2 children with us so the small 2 trash cans we had got filled with diapers very quickly. Maybe a bigger one by the fridge?

OMG, this hotel was amazing! We were going to be late so I called to let the desk know. I talked to a very nice lady who said my reservation was guaranteed and that would not be a problem. I also asked where my room would be because I use a mobility scooter. She was wonderful, she found a handicapped assessable room, I believe 208, and put that under my reservation. We arrived late as previously stated and the gentleman at the front desk was amazing. He asked how my day had been and talked to me the whole time I was checking in. It was such a pleasant conversation! I was able to park close and check-in was quick. When I got to my room, I was amazed! I just came from an awful hotel where the pictures were not like the actual hotel. The front desk there was horrible, their beds were hard with a pee pad on them. Your hotel as I said was amazing! I walked in, it was large like I expected, the beds were plush, the amenities in the room were excellent, and the bathroom was amazing. I wish I could have stayed here longer!! We will definitely be back and will use Springhill again when we travel.

Every aspect of this property was exquisite. From the friendliness of the staff, as you walked in, the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel, the modern look and feel, the quality of the food, the exceptional front desk and cleaning staff, the room itself was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable.

Everything was amazing, but the Breakfast staff were incredible! Extremely friendly, and accommodating. They never stopped cleaning or cooking. I felt like a VIP staying at a 5 star restaurant. We have a family of 6(2 adults and 4 kids ages ranging from 16-2, and they treated us like gold.

We did get a noise complaint at 6:00pm because our 2 year old was pacing in the room. That was a little weird.

The room and areas I used were mostly clean. The waffles were delicious! The pool was warm. The staff we encountered were so kind. I asked for early check in and we able to check in at noon!!

While my room was clean there was hair stuck to the shampoo,and schmuck on the soap holder.

Chris was awesome when we checked in. This is probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at hands down! Excellent staff. Excellent rooms. The ladies who put on the breakfast were so awesome!!! They talked to both me and my son just asking how our stay was and if we needed anything! 10/10 recommend!!!
