The rooms. Big and nice to have dishes, stove and full size refrigerator. The breakfast was great.

The sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable. We did not automatically have bedding and pillows for sofa bed. There were not towels at pool. We had to get them at front desk.

Great location! Close to everything you need. Shopping, restaurants, Hall of Fame Stadium, and Museum and plenty of other attractions. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Rooms were a nice size, and the beds were comfortable .Room was very clean. Will stay at this location again the next time we come back.

My children enjoyed the pool, breakfast was good as well as social hour, and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had never stayed at this chain before and due to our experience, we will stay again in the future.

Bathtub/shower could be updated but did not impact our stay.

Our room could have been cleaner. There was something spilled in the headboard that ran down but was never cleaned. The carpeted floor needed swept, and the tile floors were dirty. I spilled some milk on the tile. I cleaned it with a paper towel and the towel was black where I wiped the floor.

Location was convenient to where I needed to go. Staff was very friendly and made sure my needs were met. Breakfast was very good compared to other places I have stayed.

A little noise from the floor above but it was only on one night of my stay. It sounded like children so I just blew it off. No reason for complaining.

Very convenient to our convention, places to eat and shopping.

Staybridge Inn & Suites in North Canton was exceptional! I had a fantastic stay from the second I walked in, all the way to check-out. The. Customer service was top tier. Our suite was extremely clean, organized and up to date.

Room was amazing. A bathroom in each room was great. Breakfast was good,, fire pit outside was great. Great location and friendly staff.

The TV in the sitting area had six LED lights showing thru the tv, could've been more garbage bags in the room. Also housekeeping left their coffee or previous tenants in the fridge.

Facility, rooms, location, breakfast, grounds. Close to shopping.

Tiles in bathroom loose..needed regrouting/ replacement.
