Had a reservation and when I got there NO ONE was at the front desk, called the number posted and it went straight to a voice mail I'm not happy about that, I seriously want a refund! When I stay there no one is ever there. The drop box for keys is ridiculous, when you drop your key it falls out through the bottom 😡😡😡 If someone can contact me that would be great Tammy 330-391-3125

Very comfortable bed, nice set up with the little microwave and mini fridge and sink. Very big room. When I first checked in, I was greeted by the nicest guy! I've stayed in budget inns all over but this was easily my favorite. No bugs (trust me I checked) and very clean. Next time I'm coming all the way out to Ohio again, I won't pass up this hidden gem. Oh! And there's a waffle house a mile away!

The facility was perfect for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is my second time staying and I guarantee I will book another stay here. Great people. The only bad thing is parking is a little difficult at times

This hotel's extremely clean. I've noticed it being patrolled by police. So there's not a lot of riff raft and drug activity I've noticed. It's nice in general. Good value too.

The only thing I can say I didn't like was there's no elevator, we were on the second floor. I'm just one of those people that carry a lot of things so that was a little tiring. But it's easily accessible and I just really like the place

What breakfast? How close it is to everything and work. Size of the room. Little kitchenette area.

Half the outlets don’t work. Water could be hotter. But I just like it real hot so I could be bias. The tv service acting like it doesn’t know how to work.

Everything was good. overall the room is clean and excellent you don't hear the next door

Good value, clean and comfortable. Outside was not fancy or well decorated but inside everything was very good.

Location was alittle noisy and the parking was cramped.

A king size bed, microwave and mini fridge for $50.00per night! Wow!

The people ,the atmosphere, nice to relax nothing loud I definitely would come back and stay and refer a friend and the area is nice
