The entire staff was friendly and attentative . Hotel was quiet and safe. I would stay at this hotel again..

The lack of a microwave in the breakfast room for oatmeal was very strange and a downfall. The lack of an ice machine on each floor.. The key card was extremely difficult to use every time entering the rear exit door and also entry into the room.. The entire north stairwell on Sunday night smelled of a strong odor of marijuana..

Very welcoming and efficient staff. Newly renovated/updated rooms, clean.

The breakfast area is currently closed for renovations which should be done soon. Breakfast was offered in a conference room down the hall, and was advertised as 0630-0930 daily. Got there at 0900 and very little left of omelets and scrambled eggs. Creamers nearly depleted. I understand this is a change for the staff too, but someone should insure that guests who are not there by earlier in the morning should still have a full choice.

The gentleman working the desk the evening of Friday 9/13/24, I believe it was Mr. Patel, was exceptionally friendly and helpful during our short stay. The woman working the morning of 9/14/24 was also extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable, saw staff cleaning common areas multiple times. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Great Breakfast staff. The king size bed was comfy.

Elevator wasn't working. However, they did give us a room on the bottom floor. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner....I mentioned it to staff. They ran out of regular coffee on the second morning at breakfast.

Breakfast was great. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions.

The elevator had been broken and not repaired for weeks. The gentleman at the front desk was nice enough to help us with our luggage up to the second floor.

Christina at the reception was very personable. Responded well. The gentleman doing the breakfast was personable and interacted. Whirlpool and pool was accidentally labeled closed, they responded and opened it.

Whirlpool was cool in the morning. Did have some Midnight arrivals that sounded like a circus, but that's not Hotel's fault. They may have said something - it ended quickly and all at once.

Jay was exceptional!!! We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional! I would definitely stay there again.

The locations is great! Their breakfast is sooo yummy!! We always enjoy the rooms!

The hot tub is still not working and the pool was cold.

The rooms were the highlight. Honestly, it was probably one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had away from home ever. Quality bedding.

We liked how big and clean the room was when we arrived. Also, the breakfast every day was good as always.

There were no towel hangers in the bathroom.
