The staff really went out of their way to make this an incredible experience from the beginning to the end. We were there for soccer and it snowed and they canceled our last game. Even though we were disappointed the staff tried really hard too give us a smile before we left. Customer service of this level is hard to find these days and it was refreshing and gratifying.

They are remodeling so be patient our room was comfortable and attractive but you could tell there was still construction materials laying about.

It was a great hotel for our 5 night stay. We were in the area for a wedding and general tourism in Ohio. The staff were very friendly and professional and the location of the hotel was great for shopping and a short drive to downtown. The two guys on the front desk Harold and Christopher were especially friendly and helpful. Oh and the breakfast was really good and fun too!

The coffee was exceptional! The breakfast was great! The choices excellent. Only wish, biscuits and gravy. Hot cocoa selection.

The coffee station in the room needs an upgrade. Bigger pot. More creamer and sugar. More disposable to go cups with lids. Hot cocoa selection.

Everything about the property was great. It wasn’t on a busy street. It was in a quiet corner. The staff was great.

The price for two nights was over $500 almost $600 and there was nothing really going on in Canton that will make it particularly high

Disappointed. No oatmeal, which I found very unusual. The coffee was flavorless. No microwave to heat the premade omelets and egg sandwiches. I didn't try them because i think they would have needed to be heated more than the warmer light could provide.

If I had to name one thing, it would be my coffee maker in my room wasn’t working.

I have stayed here before. I'm always impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the facility. The breakfast is also very good!

The sheets always seem slept in even though they seem clean. Just very wrinkled and "worn out".

I was needing to do laundry and there were 2 washers and dryers. I was able to purchase detergent and dryer sheets.

The breakfast sandwiches were very dry. They should be fresher.

Great location, room was very clean and comfortable

We ended up in a handicap accessible room which was fine however the shower was very small with a lot of room taken up by the equipment installed

rooms were spacious and clean; large breakfast choices were fantastic and tasted good; children had fun in the pool; availability of laundry room was a nice addition

pool was small and as more people came quickly became crowded but was not a deterrent.
