From the moment we checked in, every single staff person was very friendly, kind and helpful! The suite we had was beyond expectations; much larger! The location was very convenient for the nature we wanted to experience, great for getting on highways, and convenient to many restaurants. Having a hot breakfast before we started our day was wonderful. One afternoon we had a nice time relaxing by the fireplace, chatting and drinking the complimentary tea/coffee- a te of wonderful memory making!

While the breakfast was very good and had lots of variety, always having sausage at breakfast got a bit tiring by the end of our trip. It would have been nice to have bacon or ham one of the days.

Debbie at the front desk created a fantastic experience for us. She was helpful, kind and was able to get us into a room of our preference. From our front desk experience to the very ample sized room, this hotel is now on our list of places we will stay each year that we return for our event!

The eggs and ham were cold. Not lukewarm but actually cold. We told the breakfast attendant who offered to microwave them for us. She turned up the heat to high in the pan but said it would be 45 minutes before it got hot

We stayed 2 nights. First night we had a very nice room. We checked out first day but later realized we need another night. The next night we had a handicap room and the shades were broken and couldn’t have any day light. We rate that room a 5.

We were put in a room with broken window shades and didn’t have a curtains. Couldn’t see out side.

Great location and the hotel was very clean. Staff was excellent.

Kids running around all hours of the night. Bumping around with no consideration for the other guests.

Everything was extremely clean and the staff I interacted with were all fantastic! Very close to lots of food. Late night doordash options to deliver as well.

The sheer curtain thing they have covering all the windows instead of blinds or dark curtains made the room extremely bright (even at night unfortunately because of all the vehicles) and I still have no clue if people could see me with the lights on at night which is terrifying to me. The ac was extremely touchy the second day and I'm not sure what was up with that but waking up hot and having to reset it back down 3 times in a night wasn't fun.

room was clean, bedding was clean n fresh and huge

didn't like that the ceiling was so high, simply trying to speak and conversate in the room was a echo from 15ft high ceilings .. a bit annoying when trying to just talk inside the room.

It was very comfortable the room was spectacular bed very comfortable no noise of kids. Runing the bathroom was sparkling and clean the staff was. Was excellent and there were smiles and very customer service oriented. We loved it. And not to far from our sons. House breakfast was great

Thepillows were to soft for me , but everyone wles loved them , thanks to booking .com couldn't get vetrans discount and it wasn't the room i asked for when i booked... it was crowded in the. Pool

Absolutely wonderful. You could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked in! Staff was exceptional, the pool was spotless, the rooms were equipped with wonderful TVs and packages, bed was very comfortable. This hotel was absolutely spotless. The breakfast was also amazing.

The staff was very welcoming upon arrival. They were very busy but still had great attitudes. The breakfast was decent.

There was only 1 elevator working, and it was hot inside of the elevator and the hallways to get into the elevator, hot like by the time we reached the 3rd floor we were starting to sweat and it felt suffocating, we actually opted to do the stairs a couple times instead. Pool area was ok, we didn't bring towels down thinking there would be some but there wasn't and with the workers being on the 1st level and the pool on the Lower level made it not very accable to ask them for pool towels.
