My boyfriend and I came up from Maryland to come watch a performance and ended up choosing this place since it was affordable. We thought affordable meant that the place was not going to be nice at all. After a 3 hour and 45 minute drive to the hotel our expectations were blown away. As soon as we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by a wonderful lady who was super kind and friendly. Once we got up to our room, the room was better than what I was expecting. It was very cozy, clean, and well kept. The next day we both went out to explore Ohio and when we came back we saw that housekeeping came in and straightened the room up and gave us new and clean towels (which totally surprised me since in other places I’ve stayed in, housekeeping never came in to do that) even that evening when me and my boyfriend came back, we were once again greeted by the front desk and was asked about our day. When we checked out the same lady who checked us in greeted us again and we had some great conversation before we headed out on the road, and even wished us safe travels and hoped to see us again soon. Which hopefully in the near future we would both definitely consider coming back again since this property was fantastic!!

The rooms were spotless, extra spacious, and comfortable. The location was very convenient for what we needed. I very much appreciate that we were allowed two larger dogs instead of one small dog like a lot of hotels. They provide a sheet for the surprisingly comfortable L-shaped couch to put down if you have pets. The desk area is great with several outlets that came in handy for my husband who works remotely. The shower is great. It's clean, really hot, good water pressure, and they provide a mat for the slippery tub. There is a half wall between the bed area and the couch which gives some separation and even a little privacy which was really nice. Our dogs enjoyed being able to stretch out in the room and sitting on the bed looking out the window from the second floor. Things also seemed to be pretty quiet.

I was under the impression that it was a flat $35 pet fee but it was $35 for each night. That adds up quickly if you need to stay for several days, plus the cost of the rooms was a little more pricey than I was hoping for. There was also a very bright spotlight thing outside against the hotel from the first floor that was tilted just right to be shining directly into our second floor window. The curtains didn't even come close to blocking that light at night.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The location was convenient, parking lot was well-lit and safe, and there was ample room to walk our dog. The room was exceptionally clean and had plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, which allowed for much needed rest after a long day of driving. Breakfast was well-stocked and had great selections. The staff was friendly and professional. There were lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the room and hotel which took the stay from great to WOW. We would definitely stay again!

Joseph, the front desk guy, he was SUPER busy with a bunch of soccer team kids and families.. but he took the time to get some milk at night for my picky kid when I couldn't find anything she would like. They don't normally have milk available but he got some from the breakfast stuff. He said he was a picky kid too, so he understood. The pool was nice, the hot tub was nice, and the beds were SO COMFY. Room was nice.

Being welcomed by Chris at the front desk and cookies available with a nice hot coffee station on arrival. It was late and we were tired. She made an extra accommodation for us so we were able to enjoy the hot tub for a little bit before bed. The facilities were clean, the beds were comfy and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and there was a wide variety. If I ever travel to Ohio again, I will definitely stay there.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable. THEY HAD REAL PILLOWS!!! It was close to our family and friends so we could see them and not have to make the commute back and forth for back to back events. We live in Cleveland, so it's an hour one way, and we had a birthday party for my husband Friday night. Then, on Saturday, we had a gathering with friends for a 1 year old birthday at noon and then a 4pm dinner with family.

Nothing. It was perfect. We'll come again.

The whole experience and stay at Comfort Inn in Hartville was wonderful! The King Size bed fit well with us and having the living area helped tremendously. The location was perfect for our trip visiting family. Hartville has special memories with my grandparents and parents!

I felt the pricing was steeper than I normally pay for staying in the Canton area. Yet, everything else was great!

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The staff were very helpful and cheerful. On our 7 night road trip, this was the best stay.

The toilet in the room should have had a lid type seat to prevent things from falling into the bowl - just a little suggestion to improve an otherwise flawless accomodation.

Loved the quiet, no noisy roads, near too shops and good size fridge and microwave in the room. Comfy bed, really lovely staff.

I love gyms and in photos online they have a selection of dumbbells sadly they have replaced with a cable machine, limiting basic workouts. Breakfasts, just a lot of plastic cutlery and disposables every day, really sad to see the amount of waste and nothing recycled. Could do with some healthy cereals bran flakes or similar with no added sugar. Also I would like to peel my own eggs.

Our room was very clean, we had plenty of towels and pillows, breakfast was very good, we were on the first floor and staff was helpful and friendly.

There were some loud guests near us on the first floor and they kept slamming their room doors after 10 pm. The room price was higher than others in the area.
