The staff was very nice and the hotel was clean and the room was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bartender Corey was very nice. It was Easter so there was no breakfast and the kitchen was closed other than that very nice family getaway for Easter hope to return soon .

No breakfast for Easter, Kitchen was closed ,pool was a little bit cold .my husband called the front desk and asked if there would be a hold for incidentals and told on the phone there would be no hold and when checked in there was a $100 hold on the credit card would have been nice to be told upfront.

Very nice they also have a very nice bar plus a nice little area where you can sit outside by the fire and drink or drink and smoke a cigar.

On the Booking.com app the reason why I was OK with paying the $165 for the room was because it was supposed to come with a free breakfast on the app but when I went downstairs in the morning, they said it cost $10.99 for some breakfast And I was kind of bummed out because that’s what it said on the app and I just thought the front desk after I showed them that should’ve cater to that.

We are friends who were traveling for a class at Sue Spargo's shop. The suite was clean, and well suited to our sharing the space. Very close to our destination. Would choose this location again. Staff encounters were good.

Televisions in suite didn't work. Staff attempted to repair, but were unsuccessful. Poor streaming connection. Breakfast, was horrible, bacon was burned, every slice in the warmer was literally black. Eggs not warm enough, potatoes overcooked, dry, waffles, cold. Huge disappointment with the food. Would never buy the breakfast.

Room was spacious & comfortable. Check-in was quick and friendly. Joe helped us with our bags, he was super nice and went out of his way to get us a desk chair. Burgers/ fries were excellent and drinks were perfect.

Didn't have enough supplies for our 2 night stay. Had to request towels, tp, tissues -I know it's hard to store extras in room but for the room price those items need to be readily available. In shower pump was out of body wash- this is a pretty basic requirement.

Fridge was anit dirty. Breakfast cost extra and there was no variety. Literally just eggs, sausage and potatoes. Bakery goods were only bagel/toast and hostess wrapped cinnamon squares.

The girls at the desk were very accommodating & super nice . The young lady at the bar was super nice We had a good time. Worried at first because half of the hotel their TV weren’t working but the ladies at the desk made sure we we’re taken care of and found us a good room

There was a dance thing going on in town so there were little girls running around the hotel all night giggling and screaming would figure there is a quite time at hotels

Beds were uncomfortable. Need replaced. Charged for breakfast when it was nothing different than a continental.

It was beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The housekeeping staff was a bit rude when I asked to switch out dirty towels for clean ones.

We had a good hot breakfast and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

If you are planning to use the pull out sofa, be aware that you can feel every spring in the mattress. Since we were planning to use it for just one person, they were able to sleep on the couch itself, as it is quite a long couch (fit a 5’7” person with no issue) and fairly comfortable.
