Clean comfortable rooms and excellent staff! Breakfast was also good!

Nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good. Bed was super comfortable. Found 4 great antiques malls within a 10 mile radius over the weekend that were open!

Internet connection was slow. My husband was frustrated when changing channels on the TV. There was a delay while it found the station. Didn't really bother me, though.

The breakfast was nice, with good selection of items. Appreciated that it opened as early as 6am. The bed was comfortable. Front desk on staff during our stay were personable, helpful, and very nice. I think our check in staff person was named Denise or Donna. She made us feel welcome right away and was really funny as well.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the property was managed well. The staff was friendly and prompt with service which made check in very quick and easy!

Clean room. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels. Easy check in.

Tv needs Netflix or the like. Cable tv is out of date and not what most people are looking for anymore.

Cleanliness and staff was great.

I reserved this room through Booking.com and was very disappointed to find the swimming pool was not open. As a matter of fact is is completely empty and my daughter was told it has been that way for over a year due to COVID. I understand the reason i just feel that your booking sights are misleading and should be changed to reflect the fact that the pools are currently closed and unavailable for use during COVID.
