Spacious room. Soft bed and pillows. Breakfast was decent. Waffles muffins yogurt hard boiled eggs and microwave breakfast sandwiches

The pool water was warm but the room was freezing. It was near impossible to stay warm in the pool. The lock bar on the inside of our room door stuck straight out. I almost caught my eye on it twice

Pool, fitness and breakfast was a plus. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My room was nice but the bathroom was subpar. There was paint and what looked like paint peeling. The water pressure in the bathroom was poor and it took a while to get hot.

Hot tub in room. Big rooms (suite).

Sticky spots on carpet. Everyone was nice but had one who just seemed like it was an inconvenience when we had an issue. Tub faucet leaked. Shower leaked on floor when using it even with door shut

We got the jacuzzi suite and it was really nice and put together and a pretty big room. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was amazing.

The bath tub had a small bit of dirt in it and the paint was cracked and chipping, there was barely any shampoo and conditioner. Hot tub was closed.

There were no eggs in first day and no sausages or bacon at all. Breakfast was only muffins, toast, cereal and small yogurt. Eould be better in offered a bit more

Very vlean,room was very spacious, staff very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great the in room lil kitchen was nice.

I got room to take my grandkids to hang out and swim in pool but pool was closed for repairs .But they helped fix my booking and where very understanding. They offer to let me cancel the entire booking but I stayed one night since we where there.

no instructions on shower fixture in room and is unusual type. hairdryer in room didn’t work dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod when I got in tub this morning-yuck! walls very shabby around sink and in bathroom . public areas HOT

Room was clean

They double charged me. Paid ahead of time through booking.com. Then they charged me again after I checked in. The person at the desk did fix it when I checked out.

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good as well. The beds were nice along with the lighting of the room.

I didn't like the leaking ice maker or the water damage to the different rooms i was placed in and the parking lot was full of pot holes,Can you please give us more soap to shower with.

Nice, clean room. The bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Plenty of eating places nearby.

The grass outside the building needed to be cut. Lots of trash in the parking lot.
