The housekeeping staff were very friendly.

We were told breakfast was from 7-10 a.m. My husband had a meeting early morning so we were happy to have that accommodation for him. At 7:30 a.m. we headed down to breakfast and it wasn't open. We asked the man at the front counter and he was sarcastic with his answers about when it will open. He was the one to open it. He wasn't apologetic, even though he may have had a reason to not open it at 7, but his attitude was uncalled for.

The room was clean. The shower was very nice. The shower had high pressure and lots of hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were nice and fluffy.

The parking situation is not good. We had to park around the building because there are not many spots near the entrance. If you park in the back of the building, you have to walk around to the front because there is not an accessible entrance in the back, not even with the key card. I also did not like that the heavy curtains do not close in my room. Only sheer curtains cover the window with drapes on the side. The drapes do not close, because I assume they would cover the heating/ cooling unit in room. I felt like there was not enough privacy in the room and the bright lights shone in the room at night.

The property was clean and nice!

Some of the outlets didn’t work in the room, and the only really big complaint I have is the AC/heating unit needed a good deep cleaning. Anytime it ran it would leave little black pieces on the bed

The booking didn’t come over properly from Booking so I had to discuss options at the front desk. I upgraded to an executive suite which they just showed 2 queen beds for my family of 5. after we worked that out they also didn’t have free breakfast so she gave us coupons. The executive suite she put us in was HUGE. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining and small kitchen. it was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the hotel. my kids hated everything and they are usually pretty fond of whatever. Biscuits were overly dry, eggs were water and the sausage was like rubber. wouldn’t recommend especially if you had to pay $15.

The location was great, clean and we also were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet and it was great !

The smell of our room was a little off like someone smoked cigarettes in there but over all it was great.

I didn’t make it to breakfast because I had a hangover.😁 At least 3 or 4 times a year, my friends and I stay at your hotel. We love it there and no other hotel comes to thought when we stay in Canton.

This is a question that I can’t answer because we love staying there.

Facility was beautiful and dining room food was good.

I received two bites on my chest. Found a dead bug on the mattress seam. Contacted front desk. Bug was put in ziplock bag and shown to front desk, housekeeper and housekeeper supervisor. They were nice and understanding and said they could show it to an exterminator. Followed up this problem with an email and a phone call on Monday. Have not heard back from them. I just want the bug identified. We had to change travel plans for this. They did not think it was a bedbug, but I wanted an exterminator to identify it for sure.

This was quite an amazing hotel. I took two of my granddaughters just for an overnight stay for one of their birthdays. First thing we saw going down the hallway to our room was the staff wiping down the Walls. So it is very clean. When we went down to swim there was a note on the door that said the pool was closed and we were totally disappointed and the staff assured me that they would let us know if it reopens after repair. I took the kids to my daughter's for a little while and when we got back they couldn't wait to tell us that it was back open and that they had been knocking on our door to let us know. The room was amazing and comfortable it was a quiet hotel. Definately recommend.

I didn't eat the breakfast but my husband did and he was very impressed.

A different door on the bathroom. Barnyard door is not very private. The bathroom was short on toilet paper and there was no body wash in the shower, I had to use shampoo. The toilet was way to low for older people and tall ones like my husband.

Didn’t eat at hotel by a lot of restaurants I haven’t tried yet and decided to try out during my stay.
