We were so pleased with our entire Comfort Inn experience- especially after working to move out of our home- and we were dead dog tired!! The beds were so comfortable everything was so clean as well! The bathroom was not only spacious but well planned out and clean! We'd forgotten our travel bag, so I called the front desk about this. The evening clerk graciously gave us sample sizes of toothpaste and deodorant; and included toothbrush for each of us as well at no charge! The demeanor and professionalism of the person making the reservations (the front desk manager) was exceptional! On top of all the services free hot breakfast with lots of choices to choose from vegetarian, Keto items and more!! Thank you very much for ending our stressful day with comfort!!!

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and so helpful. The manager allowed us an early check in and upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost. Our room was so quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The AC works very well. The location was very centralized to shopping areas and restaurants. It was only 10 minutes away from the event we were attending. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! My husband enjoyed the fitness center!

The hotel is nice and clean and lots of light. There’s lots of choice for breakfast and check in was easy. I like the suites they offer lots of room.

Our room was in between 2 families that knew each other so there were kids running up and down the corridor screaming and the doors were banging all night. The hotel wasn’t full so it would have been easy to room these families next to each other.

The property was conveniently located to family that we were visiting as well as the areas we were visiting. The staff treated us like family instead of guests. Every morning it was like having breakfast with family at the table. The best part was my 8 month old grandson was with my daughter and I, everyone on the staff treated him so well, holding , talking with him. Definitely was worth the stay and I will be back. I cannot say enough good things about our stay!!

Do not change a thing

It was very comfortable and very accommodating. And the manager Skelly did an exceptional job. She was very accommodating with whatever I needed. She also helped me take my things up to my room and she kept my doordash order when I accidentally fell asleep before it was dropped off. When I called the front desk to see if it had been dropped off she assured me that she had it and she brought it right up to me fast. She was very caring concerning me getting my rest and for me Skelly gets 10 stars the best experience I have had with the hotel manager ever.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a bit of skin irritation with the covers on my bed. I have really sensitive skin and if I come into contact with other peoples body sweat or dander it irritates my skin. I'm not sure that the bed was changed completely. I think that's a very important detail that the beds are properly sanitized and completely changed for the comfortability of the guest.

The front desk lady whose name is Shirley was very very nice and helpful to us and everyone that we saw her interact with. The room and building was very clean. When we were about to leave, my wife left her earbuds in our room. We were about to drive off and someone from housekeeping came running to our car to make sure we didn't leave without those, very nice because those were a couple hundred dollar earbuds, Thank you!!!

There was one bad experience with a staff member. I orginally booked for 5 nights then asked to add a night. We ended up not needing the extra night and I asked the front desk manager to cancel it and he claimed we didn’t show having adding another night then they charged us for early check out still

Everything about this property was great. The staff was absolutely the best in every way. We needed a couple of wine glasses and the front desk person went out of her way to go find some for us! The housekeeping staff were so nice and friendly, more so than any other hotel we stayed in! Everybody we encountered was so helpful in every way!

The property was good, location was good. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast spread was decent . Need some healthy & vegan options as well.

Service is very below average . The staff did not care. They sulked to help with basic things. We saw that it was the same with other customers also. There were elderly people having breakfast who were totally left to themselves without a basic courtesy to help. We wanted water bottles , the guy at the reception gave that with annoyance .

I cant say enough about the employees at this location! Shirley at the front desk and the women working the breakfast buffet were THE nicest I have ever encountered in years of travel! They made our trip (even though the pool was down and disappointing)! Management take note was valued workers u have there!!
