We loved all of our stay. The staff and the hotel itself were excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and they made us feel welcom.

Honestly, we were a little disappointed in the breakfast. One of the reasons we keep coming back is the breakfast. We understand that prices dictate the amount and type of food available. I really didn't care for smoked sausage for breakfast with no other choice in meat. It may sound trivial, but it is important. Otherwise, it was OK, just not exceptional as in the past.

Comfort, cleanliness, open pool and hot tub

Your "corporate" office sent me a text (days after I'd paid for our room in advance) telling me guests "must wear masks in public areas" in the hotel. Corporate wrote this mandate was "worldwide" in Hampton Inns. Your staff in Alliance knew of "no such order" and we're not wearing masks. Please get your act together and notify guests (and employees) of rules changes before, not after, they commit! Had the mask thing been true, we would NOT have chosen Hampton. Also, can you make provision for guests without pets to stay in "pet-free" rooms? I don't even want to think about what pets have done on the bed and couch in my room -- no matter how clean or perfumed your housekeeping gets it. Please respond to both constructive criticisms.

in area for training for my employer; hotel was located close to the training center; hot breakfast was provided each morning, good variety, hot items changed daily. Breakfast was well stocked, with fresh fruit which is often not the case. Attendant very friendly. Pool/hot tub area was clean. No complaints

Only minor complaint was that the hot items on breakfast were more lukewarm vs hot.

The staff was so nice , the hotel was so clean, loved the pool & hot tub , bed and room was so comfy , & location & price great will def back, didn’t know they were dog friendly i have well trained therapy dog I normally travel with so that’s def a plus for my next visit

Did not like that the pool and hot tub were unavailable during our stay. I do believe a discount should be offered when that occurs because that was one of the services that were important to us. The other small issue was that the internet service is not user friendly to sign on to. We both had to have help from the front desk person to gain access to the internet. That should be more user friendly in our opinion.

Breakfast was OK. The options were the usual. Since we are watching calories, we only had a light breakfast. The breakfast area was very nice and clean, and well stocked with what we needed.

They were in the midst of some remodeling, so not all of the facilities were in working order at the time we were there. But our room was big and comfortable, and the bed was great. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Alliance.

The gentleman at the desk was one of the most professional I have experienced! I was first impressed that he was stationed there waiting for client to walk in, 2nd he was polite in ever way

The room looked nice and felt clean, the shower floor was cracked! I did not feel comfortable standing on it.

We stay here when we visit our daughter. It is near her home. Its convenient, clean and staff is very friendly.

While we were there the elevator was not operating for a day and this maybe should have been addressed earlier.

The place had a luxury feel to it. Very clean. Very quiet. Breakfast and breakfast area were premium. Staff was more engaged and cheerful than most. Just a fantastic facility and I this is no exaggeration. One of the best experiences we have had traveling.

Could not find fault if I was paid to do so.

Very comfortable beds. Great room size. Spectacular breakfast. The lady dressed in Red white and blue was very friendly and prepared an extra special breakfast for the guests on the 4th of July!

The blackout curtains are not designed to close completely making them useless and there are spotlights across the street.
