Very clean and comfortable

The breakfast was poor. There could be some boiled or fried eggs, some slices of cheese, there was cheese but only creamy one , some ham slices and honey. And there was't enough bread all the times. Also there was noise by the room next to us, a man was speaking during the night very loudly. This happened three times, three different nights. There wasn't good sound isolation. Moreover there weren't enough cloth hangers and not enough space for two people's clothes

The best feature for me was the bathroom it was roomy and the tub was perfect it was low enough for me to get in and out without fear of falling. This was the best Microtel I have stayed in. Will definitely stay here again.

What I did not like was the jacked up price because of festivities happening in the city of Canton. I don't think it's fair, nor is it right to raise rates like that. Especially because of things happening. I should be refunded some money back. Will return but without the raised price. And in the future, remind people of available discounts.

The location is close to everything in the area no more than a 3 to 7 min drive. The hotel was clean and comfy. A no frills hotel it's affordable and a place to rest.

The breakfast was less than I expected. It seem they only have it to meet the brand standard. It's very lack luster. Waffle maker, banana, few yogurts out, few milk out. They put more thought and energy in stocking the vending machine then the "breakfast". But for the price just get breakfast either at McDonald's across the street or Crackle Barrel next door.

Loved it. Only problem was the breakfast was terrible. No selections, only waffles and muffin. Need more of a variety. Orange juice was terrible, it was water with orange food coloring. The breajlkfast was very disappointing. The rest of the visit was excellent.

Everything was amazing!! clean room, comfy beds, cleanest bathroom ive ever seen in a hotel.

The only negative thing I can say is the check in was hard. I had booked it online and they never asked for a $50 deposit. When we got there they wanted a $50 deposit, (their exact words where, Incase you sneak in animal's). My husband got his card out and they lady acted like they didn't think it was his card because it was booked under my name. She then photo copied out drivers license. I've never ever had a hotel do that. So that made us uncomfortable

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Management helped me fix my own booking errors and was super accommodating. The breakfast was a nice selection of baked goods, cereal and fresh fruit. The price was absolutely amazing and we would stay here in the future without doubt. Location is great and close to everything we needed. Shopping, dining and Football Hall of Fame within 5-10 minutes. Fantastic. Rooms were clean and plenty of room for 2 people or a family.

We happened to be on the highway side of the hotel and not used to the highway noise. Next time we will check to see if a room facing the other side is available.

Super friendly staff, very clean room and lobby. Nice breakfast. As we were eating and it came to around a little after 9 a.m., we were asked if we wanted anything additional off the breakfast bar before he started clearing it away. Location easy to get to and near many restaurants, stores, gas stations for anything you may need.

Bathroom was a little dim, brighter lights would be helpful and maybe a stronger vent, as it took a long time for the steam and condensation to be cleared off the mirror.

We needed a quick cheap place to stay due to plane landing 7 hrs late. We were late arrival and left early that morning. The rooms are small but clean. We didn't take showers or eat breakfast. It was great for what we needed

The only thing I did not like was not about the hotel, it was more location. You could not take a left at the end of the road, you had to make a u turn to get back to the interstate every time we left the hotel. But again that has nothing to do with the hotel

This hotel is very clean. No need to be worried. And its next to EVERYTHING.

I would have liked an egg or meat to go with breakfast since ot states it on the website. Or at least update it to say continental for people staying with a family. But thats not a big deal.
