Everything was very comfortable. The staff was top notch though. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially to our two senior little dogs we travel with. They really made us feel at home! The food was excellent too! We look forward to coming back!

There really wasn’t anything not to like. They are doing some upgrades which is good because some things were a little dated. Everything is still in excellent shape though as it is when you have quality furnishings that are well maintained.

I didn't eat from the breakfast buffet but my daughters and grandsons did. It was pricey but looked good. The server (young woman) was very good, attentive and friendly. The morning coffee service by the front desk was great. I and others in my family were especially appreciative of the bereavement rate you extended. We had family flying in from as far away as London and Hawaii. Any help with finances was welcome.

I was in room 406 and there were noises in the room. Clicking, bumps, pops, etc. Some were quite loud and long lasting. I don't believe they were from outside the room (ice maker, elevator,or from other rooms). Sounded more like within the walls of the room. I'm thankful they didn't keep me awake, but was awoken once by one....but it didn't continue and was able to fall back asleep. One of my daughters said she heard some noises in her room also.

The welcoming ambiance of the staff and decor. It's in a prime location along the river with a walking trail that leads to a picturesque shopping area. This will be the only place I stay while visiting the area.

It feels slightly pricy but at the same time worth it lol so maybe include a free breakfast or half off dinner for one night if staying multiple nights.

The location is spectacular. You can walk to everything in downtown Cuyahoga Falls.

Was undergoing some maintenance so there was some loud noises happening in the early morning. There was a previous dirty towel left on the window sill of the room.

this is the best location in Cuyahoga Falls, if you’d like to walk to some of the new great restaurants and bars in the area!

we really liked how we had Free EV charging for our EV hybrid. Also, the on-site bar is a must place to get a drink and check out the view of the falls.

I will say I wonder if some of the interior needs a little refreshing (ex: Some of the carpeting looks a bit worn). Also noticed a drip coming from the light fixture over the shower in my room. Might want to check and make sure water isn't getting into the wiring.

It was amazing! It literally had everything we needed! We stayed in 3 different hotels from cheapest to most expensive. This hotel was the best one for money and quality!

Pulling out of the parking lot there is a hump that makes pulling onto the road more difficult

The room was clean and very comfortable.

In 2024, all rooms should have a Keurig coffee machine and not the generic one in use, which is outdated!

The rooms were spacious and clean. Super comfy bed. Beautiful shower. Convenient space, pocket doors to open or close off the bed area. Really great!
