The room was wonderful, we had a whole wing of the hotel mostly to ourselves which is exactly what we wanted. We even had a parking spot right outside our room. The breakfast was awesome, the waffles are super easy to make and the batter is perfect. We loved getting to swim and the pool was the perfect temperature. The room was clean and affordable which we really appreciated. We are also smokers and I requested a room close to an outside exit so we could go outside and the hotel was very accommodating.

The towels at the pool were a little small. That is literally the only thing I can say that isn't complimentary. And I understand that is a lot of heavy laundry to do with bigger towels so I don't blame anyone for having smaller towels that are done in bulk like that.

Location was easy to find on main route going towards my target destination. Was a little concerned that it was RIGHT on US-HWY 18, but overall traffic noise was not all that disruptive. The bed was comfortable and the check in process person was friendly and patient (as I did not do pre check-in). The hot breakfast and general breakfast items had a lot of variety for a smaller motel. The pool and hot tub was helpful to unwind after a long drive. The value for cost paid was good to excellent.

Front desk was welcoming and informative. Glad I went with Quality Inn & Suits. It's was so quite and relaxing.

There was predicted ice in the forecast and I wanted to to stay close to my work. I was not a fan of not receiving the discount for weather related stay. The front desk person was helpful and thorough in explaining why and what I should do in the future.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. The room was good-sized and had an exit door leading to the parking lot. Breakfast was average. The pool and spa were great.

I had a jacuzzi in the room, and I noticed quite a bit of hair after I filled it, and had to drain it and refill it.

Room,bed,food,staff.It was for grandaughters 10th bday outing,shopped n ate all day n spent night here.she loved it except the pool n hottub....was to be her highlight of trip!!

The pool and hottub were dirty,could see settings of skin n dirt on bottom very cloudy looking.got in 5 min n out..last year it was great..

Staff was very helpful and always available to assist me with any issues I may have. The pool was great and I had it all to myself. Oh the hot tub was awesome.

Someone kept putting the lock on the back door to stay open. This let anyone to get into the hotel. I would turn it off and then I did tell the front desk that I had found it like that 2 more times. They were going to check out their cameras and see if they could see who was doing it.

I wish I remembered her name... the lady that was at the counter, she had told us she had a disability...... Was very friendly and had a great personality! The breakfast was really good. Also loved the theme of our room. of our room.

The guy that was at the counter when we checked in.. He wasn't welcoming or friendly at all. We didn't notice the steps to get into the bed until the next morning.... Getting into the bed was a little difficult, getting out of bed was fine.

It was close to everything and the friends I was visiting by only a 2 minute drive. Everyone was very friendly as well.

The ants in our room but I told the front desk about it right away there was only a few no big deal.

Breakfast was a bit less than hoped for but not bad. Good coffee and juice. A limited in other offerings. Very clean. Excellent bathroom layout and well appointed with soap etc.

A few more non-sweet breakfast options would be welcome.

I came this way for a funeral and was not familiar with the area. This hotel is very convenient to the HWY. I could and did easily walk next door a couple buildings away to a nice family restaurant. The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and my room was actually a suite and was beautiful with pretty antiques too. The desk was very helpful with directions to get me to IA in the morning.
