Breakfast was good & everything was hot.. I really enjoyed the sausage and I’m not a sausage lover. There was lots of variety for little bagels, a little donuts, toast & juices, etc. My favorite part of breakfast was your coffee. It was really good. The hotel was clean, welcoming & a friendly staff .

I am under 5 ft. tall & I found it a challenge to get into bed with the bed being so high. I moved a chair over to the corner to help me get in the bed. I prefer carpet, but I know it’s an economy thing and easier to clean. I would like to suggest the installation of a shower grab bar. Our shower was a walk-in. When soaping up or washing your hair, there’s nothing to hold onto for balance/support. There’s no support in a shower curtain. That would definitely make it safer especially to prevent a fall or slip.

Excellent breakfast. Room was very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay. Price of room was a little high. $240 a night I thought was extreme for a king room.

No dislikes, but there were some odds things with the room. Wall hangings were placed in an unusual way. Bathroom door hinges were missing screws. Bed was very tight to air conditioner. Bath tub lacked support for the base, when you stood in it it felt like you were going to fall through - very creeky. Shower soap products were strongly scented for female patrons. Need to have unscented products.

We were travelingfor our Anniversary, on a motorcycle trip. The staff not only let us park under an overhang, so that the bike were not wet if it rained. Also, they had a great surprise for us in our room for our anniversary. We were overwhelmed, it was so nice.

The landscaping and the back patio could use some sprucing up. It is an awesome view, but it seems overlooked.

Staff, location, and hospitality were top notch!

Didn't feel the up charge to the room was fair. It advertised a "fireplace". There was an electric stand alone unit that while it was a fine thing, I didn't feel it was worth it. The sitting area of the "suite" felt cold and undecorated. It wasn't comfortable and we did not use that area of the room. It was a waste of money for the upcharge.

The hotel was very clean and the facilities in general were neat. Breakfast was okay. No tags on anything so those with food allergies or dietary restrictions would not know what contains what. Fresh fruits for breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. Within walkable distance to the city center and a nearby park, Villa Louis, and the Doussman House. Staff was great!

No veggies for breakfast at all. Not very diabetes, gluten-free, or vegetarian-friendly. Maybe communicating with the hotel in advance (in case you have any dietary restrictions) would be a good idea. Very few savory options for breakfast, lots of sweets. No place to hang the hand towel in the bathroom.

Courteous staff, exceptionally clean room. Great entertainment. Staff went the extra mile to provide a charger and a bag. The water pressure in shower was good. The water temperature was easily managed.

The air conditioner was noisy. It sounded like a train derailing. It seemed like the outlets on the phone were not taking a charge for the cell phone. The one on the wall by the a/c worked well.

The room was clean and had a great vibe! Impressed w/ water pressure in bathroom! Thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant/bar area. Great staff! Location=Terrific! Enjoyed the breakfast! All-around great time!!

Only complaint was the bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. Easily fixable! Notified cleaning staff when seen in hallway. Staff was super friendly!

Breakfast was good…missed having a waffle maker like most hotels have included in their continental breakfast…beds were comfortable…liked the hard floors instead of carpeting…the on site restaurant was excellent—-great food…afternoon cookies and popcorn were appreciated…..

Didn’t like the bathroom door automatically closing…the tv was hard to operate

It was a very clean and bright hotel in a good location. Very clean room with comfortable bed and chairs. Good breakfast.

The only thing that marks it down is that Booking.com says the rooms are soundproofed but we heard the music from the bar, talking outside and road noise. It wasn't dreadful but made it a little difficult to get to sleep.

The property was very clean, very welcoming. The rooms were great. Staff was awesome.

There’s a restaurant/bar on the second floor at the end of the hall with a band playing exceptionally loud. We decided not to eat there as you couldn’t hear yourself talk. There was also another band a block away playing so loud, it was a battle of the bands.
