I was thrilled to find a pet friendly hotel. It was my first time traveling with my dog and they fulfilled my request for a quiet room, as I wanted to minimize my dog’s distractions and anxiety. Wifi was ok, check in and out was smooth, no distractions during my stay. AC was cold. Couldn’t have asked for more, especially at this price point.

Exterior wall could’ve used repair above the AC unit in my room. Bathtub was creaky when I got in. TV had no power when I walked in, I had to unplug and replug to get it to work. Nothing major, just little things I might have been annoyed by in a higher priced room.

Ramon at the front desk was friendly and quickly checked me in. He also quickly switched rooms for me after I discovered the refrigerator was not working in the first one. The room, furniture and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good.

The refrigerator didn't work in the second room either. Discovered that after items were frozen solid.

It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate and I loved being able to get lattes and cappuccinos at any hour and it was all around. Great stay we was there for our anniversary. We did a lot of sightseeing and having a clean and comfortable room to come back to every night that was really nice.

Central location, clean room, comfy bed and pillows, quiet. If you are looking for chandeliers and granite, this is not it. The rooms are big, have a big TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. It's clean!!! A great place for a great price!

Location was great! Close to restaurants and parks and Mississippi River which was our main point of interest

The hotel has two buildings and it is a little confusing to know where to check in. If you want to use the pool you need to let them know so they could give you a room in the main building.

The reason I booked this hotel was strictly on budget purposes. I had to attend a funeral in the area and was on a tight budget. I was very happy about my stay and the value far exceeded my expectations.

The location was a little tricky at first. Tucked back in behind another business.

They need to have better signage. The Windsor place sign sits in front of what appears to be a abandoned supper 8 motel. We pulled into the parking lot thinking that we made a mistake booking this place. We discovered the Windsor is located behind this building. Once we found the right place it was a good place to stay.

Nice location, and staff was friendly, room much larger then expected. Coffee machine in lobby was amazing

Internet connection not working well at checking do to a storm so had to follow back up to process payment not their fault but mild inconvenience

The staff was very helpful. We had a couple issues and they fixed them right away no questions asked.

Breakfast could have been better. The toilet was super low to the floor. It was hard to use.

Breakfast was good: when food was low, fresh food was soon to follow.

The computer locked the door of our room on the day we were to check out, at 9 instead of 11. We had to go to the front desk to update our keys. We were surprised that housekeeping did not make the bed each day, but the bathroom was cleaned every day.
