Convenient location but not within walking distance of food/drink. Comfy bed and the A/C worked well. Large room (ADA probably) with excellent lighting - the best I have ever seen. Parking was very close to the lobby door. Freezer in fridge. Protein breakfast.

Room door was hard to operate - had to pull up to get it to latch. Breakfast seating was tight - probably best to eat in your room. Front desk wasn't staffed - need to use desk phone to call (prompt service when called though).

I booked this room with the intention that my wife and our two dogs would be coming along on this trip. Due to a sudden unexpected turn of events, my wife was not able to come along, and kept the dogs home with her. The lady at the front desk made the necessary changes so that I would not be charged the pet fee. I appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. The room was clean and comfortable, the wi-fi worked well, and the breakfast was more than I expected. I would definitely stay here again.

I was thrilled to find a pet friendly hotel. It was my first time traveling with my dog and they fulfilled my request for a quiet room, as I wanted to minimize my dog’s distractions and anxiety. Wifi was ok, check in and out was smooth, no distractions during my stay. AC was cold. Couldn’t have asked for more, especially at this price point.

Exterior wall could’ve used repair above the AC unit in my room. Bathtub was creaky when I got in. TV had no power when I walked in, I had to unplug and replug to get it to work. Nothing major, just little things I might have been annoyed by in a higher priced room.

Absolutely was shocked at the size of the room we stayed in. Bed was comfortable for the most part. Staff was great, and breakfast was appreciated.

Our door lock was broken, the one above not at the handle. I had a friend with me so it was fine. If I had been by myself, it would have been an issue.

Ramon at the front desk was friendly and quickly checked me in. He also quickly switched rooms for me after I discovered the refrigerator was not working in the first one. The room, furniture and bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good.

The refrigerator didn't work in the second room either. Discovered that after items were frozen solid.

For the price, the rooms were good and the breakfast decent. I especially liked the large rooms! The furnishings were worn but good. All lights, tv, fridge worked well.

The room was musty, but we got used to it. I think it was humidity. It is an older property. There is no elevator to the second floor.

Central location, clean room, comfy bed and pillows, quiet. If you are looking for chandeliers and granite, this is not it. The rooms are big, have a big TV, refrigerator, and hair dryer. 24 hour coffee in the lobby. It's clean!!! A great place for a great price!

It was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was adequate and I loved being able to get lattes and cappuccinos at any hour and it was all around. Great stay we was there for our anniversary. We did a lot of sightseeing and having a clean and comfortable room to come back to every night that was really nice.

Location was great! Close to restaurants and parks and Mississippi River which was our main point of interest

The hotel has two buildings and it is a little confusing to know where to check in. If you want to use the pool you need to let them know so they could give you a room in the main building.

Breakfast was great and the coffee choices were awesome! Room was always clean and they filled my request for a certain room as well. Staff went out of their way for me.
