1. The owners, a charming, smiling couple, with an exceptional service awareness, strove to help with everything and make our stay pleasant. Be available and very courteous from the moment you place your order until you say goodbye. 2. The room itself is very clean, tidy and comfortable. Excellent WIFI ! 3. The location is perfect for those traveling by car – close to Bari and accessible to main roads, but quiet, nice and very picturesque. Private parking in the backyard – another important advantage for those traveling with a car. 4. Bottom Line – Highly recommended!!! The historical atmosphere of the house and modern equipment were in symbiose :-). Private parking was the big plus. The hosts were super nice and always ready to help and provide tips and recommendations

Could hear every car passing by in the street at night woth open windows. Can be resolved with closing the balcony door and putting the AC on at night. This is the only negative thing

Very convenient location, beautifully decorated and wonderful staff. The rooms were very large and well appointed, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of fresh croissants available.

The shower was very good, but could use a deep cleaning in a few spots. The parking is convenient, but could be difficult to get in to if you have a wider vehicle.

Very clean, good starting point for travelling Polia area and they have parking . The owner were amazing and breakfast was good.

The window of our room opened to the dining area (so we could just be with an open window). The breakfast area has no shade

Very beautiful and modern interior design, large room and bath, comfortable bed, very clean, good breakfast, free parking. Close to Bari and on good location for exploring the region of Puglia by car. Check-in before 12 that was great for us because we had need of rest after the long travel.

Everything was clean , the hostess was very nice . I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay . I would 100% recomand Don Franco .

Very nice building with a few rooms. Beds very comfortable and nice bathrooms. Breakfast is good with several options served.

The town of the hotel is not super interesting so best to have your own transportation for exploring the area around.
