It was a good last minute choice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was really nice. Especially the restaurant staff. They were really friendly and served us with a big Amalie always even though they had problems in speaking English.

I booked the property for the pool and apparently it was closed until June or July. We were really disappointed but then they mentioned that the disclaimer is put on their website. But u guess when you are booking on booking.com you select your filter and then normally this hotel should not be listed until June till the time pool is open.

Hotel surroundings are very nice and well maintained. Old city center is within 10 min walk and the town itself is very nice to visit. We chose it as a base for exploring the region and it is great for that purpose. Even though there are drawbacks described in section below, the hotel is all together good value for money. In the afternoon the hotel puts out juice dispenser in the lobby which is a very nice gesture. Pool was great for relaxing after visiting tourist attractions.

Some of room and bathroom furniture is tired and even though hotel staff does great job of cleaning, it looks dirty or damaged. Breakfast was OK for 3 day stay but not enough variety for more. Swimming pool caps make no sense.

Great modern hotel with a big parking space and a big pool. Staff very helpful, the room was spacious. The breakfast was OK, the internet was working good. The pool area is great and hotel guests can use the pool for free as well as the towels and swimming caps.

The room needed some renovation, as the walls were pretty dirty from the scratches. Also the bathroom could use a small renovation, the shower was not working properly. The breakfast could use a variety, but overall it's OK. The kettle could be useful but it's missing. Depending on the type of visit, although it can be considered as close to Bari, it really isn't, but it is to Polignano a mare, Arbellobelo etc.

The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. It doesn’t offer the most variety, but it was really good. Very nice and attentive staff at the breakfast and at the reception. The parking is big, there were plenty of spaces even late at night. The room was fine, and the balcony is very nice.

The location is in the middle of nowhere, so it’s not really suitable for those who are not coming by car. Ridiculously expensive spa.

Breakfast was amazing and served on the patio. Pool was nice, though using a swimming cap is mandatory - it can be purchased at the hotel. Good location, although the hotel located in an industrial area, it was not bothering. Very close, 10mins drive to Monopoli, Polignano. It was a good hub for our trips to explore the neighbourhood. Room seemed to be clean, however the bathroom was "worn out". Fridge in the room was not working, no immediate action was taken, only the night prior to our departure. There is room for improvement in regards to Customer service handling complaints.

The staff responsiveness. The room size. The breakfast and the supper meals. The ample free parking.

The location in the middle of the industrial area is no services around there. Totall lack of security: no control to access to the parking, no proper fencing or even lightning around the property.

General nice Hotel - Rooms ok, nice pool

Pool closing at 19:00 hours - if that would be due to noise it is interesting as there was often loud music after 19:00 in that area. Breakfast. The Breakfast can improve. This "mix from concentrate" juices are just awful - and the presentation of the food was not "made with love". Also part of the staff was not really approachable/customer focused in breakfast area. Some variation from day to day would be also good.

Everything. The location is excellent for exploring the surroundings and also close to the sea. The hotel and rooms are nice and very clean, the pool is also big and clean. The staff is very helpful, kind and professional and the food is excellent.

Nothing. Maybe the pool could be open longer.

The pool area and bar were nice, the food in the evening was delicious. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety. The location, close to Conversano and within 20 mins of Polignano was also good.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was next to the hotels noisy aircon units. We asked to move but that wasn’t possible.

Beautiful, luxurious 4 star hotel that was an excellent value. Beautiful pool and lovely breakfast on the outside patio overlooking the pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Location is not in town but is a short 10 minute walk away that is a bit difficult at night without a car. Dinner menu was limited to 4 entrees.
