The room was far bigger than we expected. A large double bed and a full sized table with 4 chairs. It did not feel cramped but spacious. The room walked out onto a quaint courtyard that was around behind the staircase that comes off of Via Atenea. There is no street noise but the courtyard is shared with a young family. Via Atenea is very well known, so directions are easy to get. It is also about half way up the large hill that much of the town is set on. Be prepared for a lot of stairs and roads going up and down. Very few are flat. Wandering the town was like a maze, which made the adventure even better.

With B&B in the name, you expect breakfast to be provided or at least the supplies in the room. The stove was not working, and there was no electric kettle. We purchased a single electric burner to make tea and warm up frozen one pot dinners.

The B&B itself is a travel experience, bringing travelers in old fashioned atmosphere with a nice courtyard, suggesting the communal familiar life in Sicily. Well located in the historical center of Agrigento, few steps away from restaurants and bars. Rooms are well designed, especially the one recreating the traditional environments, with stone walls and paintings on the wardrobe. The owner is very kind and helpful, very appreciated. Warmly suggested as location for travelers in South Sicily.

Nice rooms in the center. The owner provided us with great navigation to reach the place. For those with heavy baggade, it is quite a trek from nearest parking place, but the central position is worth it. A local woman shouted all night under the windows - hopefully it is not a standard part of staying there.

Podobało się · The rooms are on a great location for exploring the city. Not so far to a direct bus to the Valley of the Temples. It is well-equipped acommodation and its perfect for one or more nights. Rooms are also very clean and comfortable. The host gave us all the information. We arrived earlier than expected and the room was already ready for us. Would deffinetly recommend staying here!

The room was simple but very comfortable and clean! it’s super well situated and the Host was super nice! He send us a video explaining how to arrive at the BB and where to park the car (free of charge and about 200m from the BB)! Agrigento is a super cute place and the historic area it’s worth a visit! The BB is placed in a super cool and artistic street, The Valley of Temples it’s 15m away by car and we had a super nice dinner at a Restaurant called “Trattoria Concordia” (just 5m walking from the house)! totally recommend it!

Very close to the Street Atenea, wheer lost of restuarants, bars are, so you are very well connected to the center. But it was some 50 m away, enough to have a rather calmer place.

It had no kitchen, but right it was my mistake, It was clear in the reservation place that it has no kitchen. Although it had a shared refrigerator!

The host was truly helpful and flexible (namely with respect to check-in time or luggage pickup). We were given a chance to choose the flat and we picked one in the ground floor, that had a special atmosphere and also was cooling in given temperature (on the other hand it was windowless, so eventually I would recommend it for a short-term stay). There was a small semi-closed courtyard in front of the house, with a few tables and chairs. Good and quiet location not far from bus/train stops or most places to see in the town.

Loved the location- off the artists steps. Attention to detail - lemon touches and fab breakfast spread Also bike storage and balcony and if sunny eat brekkie outside!

The Host was incredibly helpful, great communication including advising on parking ( don't trust Google Maps in these mediaeval centres... You'll get taken into deadends and one ways and streets so narrow you'll be worried seriously about your rental car) He helped me with my heavy suitcase up the steps, and then down again in the morning. great value for money and the host a genuinely nice guy You're right in the centre in so everything is within walking distance and a short drive or even,a short walk, certainly bus, to the Valley of the Temples The room, tho simple for budget travellers, was spacious and clean and the bed and the pillows was very comfortable .The shower was very good too...good and hot and strong.

Everything great: just get a parking spot and then be prepared to walk a little... .

A couple egs of the bed almost collapsed, needed some shoring up. There was a constant drip from the toilet, so we had to shut the bathroom door so we wouldn't be disturbed. We stayed just the one night so we could visit Valley of Temples, so the stay was good enough for that. Host was friendly and responsive and helpful.
