Great location and lovely and spacious apartment with living room and the best bit for us were the terraces with fabulous views at night and by day. Such a lovely place to finish the evening by reading and imbibing a glass of wine! Our host was so kind and knowledgeable about his home and the town and gave us great recommendations for things to see in Agrigento and how best to get there with least steps! (and also around Catania.) We loved the decor! We had a nice breakfast every day too, and could get a cheaper ticket from him for the multistory car park. Really super stay here
The WiFi was a bit weak for what we needed to use it for.

The guest room is in the old city of Agrijento, and the transportation is very convenient. The house is an old building with a history of more than 200 years, well protected, the landlord is a gentleman with good taste, has collected a lot of works of art such as oil paintings and sculptures in the guest room, and the living room has piano and opened sheet music, which are played by the owner himself. as soon as I entered the door, I suspected that I had gone wrong, and I was very surprised after exiting the door. It was so beautiful! The landlord was very nice and introduced us very carefully how to use the room, introduced the history of the room and the photos of his ancestors on the wall, and then led us to the terrace to overlook the night view of the Temple Valley. finally, he enthusiastically booked us a popular restaurant and had an authentic Sicilian dinner.

The property has been in Francesco's family for over 100 years He is very proud of it and delights in telling his family history. Francesco is very attentive and provides a wonderful breakfast (included). There are far reaching views of the Valley of the Temples and coast from his terraces which are filled with Franjipan. It all makes for a wonderful, out of the ordinary stay.
The accommodation is on the second floor with no lift and no help from Francesco as he has a slipped disc. It is also a 5 or 6 minute walk up hill from the car park so it is important to only take a small bag with what you need.

Franceso was an awesome host. Great communication and flexibility on our arrival time. Made us coffee and provided baked snacks upon arrival. Gave us an awesome family history of the building and provided a map and overview of the valley of temples. Also gave us nice restaurants recommendations. We booked the top floor deluxe junior suite and it was large and comfy. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of delicious baked goods. The views from the two roof top patios are lovely. Thanks Franceso! We wished we would have booked more nights with you. We would definitely stay here again.

Francesco is the best host we've ever had, super helpful and knows so much about everything. With his help, our trip can't be more pleasant and easier. The rooftop of the B&B has amazing views of the valley of temples and the surrounding areas. We walked everywhere in the old town and even walked down to the valley of temples. Parking is very easy in the multi level carpark as recommended by Francesco and we were very happy not to negotiate the narrow and winding old town streets. Francesco gave us detailed recommendations on touring the valley of temples, the old town, where to eat, what bus to take and even gave us some free bus tickets and a discounted parking ticket. We had a great time and will not hesitate to stay here again.

This B&B is an absolutely beautiful home! The host, Francesco, is warm and friendly. He is extremely helpful with suggestions for dining, taxis and sites. The home decor is like an antique salon - very thoughtfully curated. The rooftop terraces (3) are incredibly beautiful and filled with flowers and plants. The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast always included special sweets that Francesco provided for your pleasure. This place is a unique gem - highly recommended!

We loved the host and his passion for his business, his family home. Francesco is a warm and kind person who is attentive to individual needs and desires. He is helpful in giving suggestions and tips for restaurants, travel needs and local history and culture. We were happily amused by his cats who are very endearing. The location was very central and in walking distance to all monuments and the valle dei Templi is easily reached by public transit. All in all, we were enchanted by Agrigento and were very happy to meet our lovely host, Francesco.
No comments. Our host was very accommodating as we had to leave in the early morning and he packed biscuits and viennoiseries for our journey.

Wonderful stay in Francesco's beautiful home. Francesco is the perect host, lovely breakfasts on the terrace over looking Agrigento and the sea beyond. Nothing is too much trouble, Francesco even arranged for us to attend rehearsals of Don Giovanni at the local theatre set in the lovely town hall, we had to leave early to meet friends for dinner but it was great experience. The location and everything about Montelusa is unique, we will definetly be back, gratzie Francesco!!

- First of all, the B&B building is full of history and Francesco meticulously brought it back to life, handpicking wonderfully all the pieces inside, from 19th century furniture, fan collection, to paintings and the great piano from the hall (you should definitely ask for a "guided tour" from Francesco and you'll be up for a treat - The view from the two main terraces is simply breathtaking, one facing the East and South side, and one facing the West, where you could admire a great Agrigento sunset - The room size is comparable to a full fledged hotel, great sized windows for natural light and a bed to match, and the set-up is matching the wonderful hall area, so expect more paintings in your room and a decorative style to match the rest of the B&B - The breakfast is served in a buffet style, with a lot of variety and tasty local products - The restroom does not disappoint either: great windows for natural light, quality toiletries - ALL in ALL, don't waste your time any longer, this is by far the best B&B in all Agrigento
- I don't have anything in mind for a "-" for the location itself, maybe just for the surroundings and Agrigento in general: parking is hard, and driving around as well (we went for Francesco's advice and left the car at Atenea Parking near by)

The accommodation is beautiful and Francesco is very helpful speaking excellent English. Breakfast can be taken inside or on the verandah with lovely views of the town and valley below. You can chat to other travellers there. The Valley of the the Temples can just about be seen in the far distance. Francesco kindly arranged for panelle made from chick pea flour to be available for me at breakfast - delicious. Francesco can provide you with a half price ticket for an overnight stay at the multistorey car park in the town below.
The shower head dribbled rather than sprayed. Francesco is very open and clear (good) that that there is no parking in front of the Terrazze if you are travelling by car and that the accommodation is on the second floor with no lift. This is manageable if you drop luggage off and take it slowly up the stairs. Like most of the ancient towns in Sicily the streets of Agrigento are very narrow and parked up with cars.
