The communication with Alfonso was excellent. He was very accommodating with an early check in and welcomed us very warmly. He provided us with lots of information and suggested the best entrance to park for the Valley of the Temples. He served a wonderful breakfast in our room with coffee, juice, yoghurts, and the most delicious pastries. We were on the 11th floor with beautiful views down to the Valley of the Temples, a couple of which were illuminated at night. The B and B is very close to the town and there is a covered and safe car park nearby at a cost of 8 euros a day. Alfonso is a great host.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay

The view of the valley is stunning and the location is right next to the main street in the center (though right outside the Limited Traffic Zone, so we could park for free close to the entrance). The host helped us find a spot (we had to wait a few minutes - there's also a cheap parking lot nearby in case the street is full). Breakfast was tasty and filling (sweet and savory pastries, juice, jam, coffee/tea).

The bathroom, though private, was external to the room. To get to it, you have to pass in front of the door of another room (which has an internal bathroom). We only stayed one night and didn't have any awkward encounters with the neighbors, but still it's something that should be mentioned (as Booking has the option to say "private external bathroom").

Excellent location in the historic centre with secure parking in close walking distance; Alfonso, the host , is exceptional, very helpful, and provided an absolutely fantastic breakfast with fresh pastries both sweet and savoury ( still warm), fruit juice, a variety of yoghurts and coffee which we had on a terrace with a view of the Valley of the Temples. The building had an elevator, which is greatly appreciated. It was a very short drive to the Valley of the Temples, and only 20 minutes to Scala dei Turchi

The views were stunning. We could see the Temples of the Valley from our window. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and within a short drive to the temples. The host was very helpful and friendly with good suggestions on where to go and how to get there. Parking was easy to find and close to the accommodation. The mattress was super comfortable and ensured a great sleep. The value was super good.

Unit was very nice. Very short walking distance to restaurants, and very not too far from the main site of Valley of the Temples. Host was very informative about sites in the area and provided good recommendations for visiting them. Host was very nice to provide a Sicilian breakfast.

Parking on the street can be tricky. I would definitely recommend a small rental car to get around if you have to drive. Elevator was small, but functional.

There are three treasures in Agrigento. The first is the 'Valley of the Temples' The second is the wonderful B&B La Casa Di El, the third treasure is the owner Alfonso. The man is something rather special. Alfonso's knowledge and passion for his home city, coupled with the ease of contact by phone during our stay meant that we were able to fully enjoy the delights of this wonderful place. I do not hesitate to recommend this venue. The views are stunning (see the balcony view photo), the breakfast perfect, and It is the most incredible value for money. 10/10 A*

I would not change a thing!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming B&B! The host Alfonso was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and sharing great local tips that really enhanced our visit. The location was perfect—right near the main high street with lots of amazing restaurants just a short walk away. The highlight was definitely the balcony view, which was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Our room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The view from our window over the Valley of the Temples to the sea was spectacular. The shower was good and hot. Strong Wi-Fi. The included continental breakfast is a bonus. Our host, Alfonso, was welcoming and very helpful - his information prior to arrival was comprehensive and communicated quickly in response to our questions. His advice about local attractions and how to access them was also comprehensive. Highly recommended and great value.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The service was excellent throughout. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious suite at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety. Plus, the location is perfect for visiting Agrigento and exploring the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Alfonso is a wonderful host and does everything to make you welcome. Excellent instructions on how to get there. Excellent accommodation. And the breakfast is a Holywood experience. The property is ideally situated: very close to the historic centre, allows for easy access (by car or bus) to the Valley of the Temples, and offers the possibility of free parking in the same or nearby streets (and paid parking very close by if you fail to find a space - which we never did). Highly recommended.
