provide better information about how close the beach is as prior to arriving I was concerned that the beach was difficult to access across the road which looked like a busier road than it was from the maps and google. There is a tunnel to ensure safe access to the beech which is lovely - so the only negative is a positive - make it clear to people that the beach is easily accessible!! We walked every day to and from the beach and it was no trouble.

We had the room with the terrace towards the sea which offers a great view. Very decent breakfast, a short (but steep ;-)) walk to the small beach where dogs are allowed - we had a great stay.

The view is spectacular, the place was clean, host was great and breakfast simple but good ( we had toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, mini muffins and croissants as well as yogurt and cereals.)..

It was pretty difficult to find in the dark even with gps, especially if you’re not used to driving narrow elevated roads. But it was really late when we got in ( 11pm) and raining … otherwise would stay again and check in earlier.

The location is in a hill, we went for a walk on the beach, but we had to cross a busy road and even through we could not find the way to the Beach. The only entrance we saw was closed because was private beach bar.

The beach, the view & the whole atmosphere of the area entwined with Verde Mare, made it hard to leave. We are so glad we found it, and will definitely be returning. Thank you 👌

The owner, the views, everything has been exceptional.

The host is kind, helpful and professional. She responded to my enquiries via the Booking.com app really quickly, often immediately, from the time I first booked and to after I checked out. I had a slim side view of the sea which I wasn’t expecting, by looming out my window to the right. I also really enjoyed the communal balcony / terrace, where I enjoyed the sunset and breakfast the next morning. I appreciated the shared kitchenette, which was well organised. I found the bed and pillows comfortable.

By closing the windows and shutters, and the bathroom door, I was able to almost block out music from a nearby restaurant - and slept well, apart from being woken by some fellow guests coming in very very late.

The property was extremely clean and well-presented, and the owner was very friendly, helpful and kind. The view was spectacular!

The breakfast could have included some fruit.

The hotel is very dog friendly which is a must for us. There is enough car parking space and we were able to walk to the beach and restaurants.

The suggested road into town is hazardous. Do NOT drive on Passegiate Archeologico as Google Directions may suggest. We lost a tire but could have lost the car.
