The hotel is in the process of renovation. I would say my room was nice. There are still a few kinks—the balcony door doesn’t open all the way; it takes a couple of minutes for the hot water to rise; and people can be noisy out front, on the promenade (lungomare). Even so, I slept soundly. The room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good—a fair mix of pastries, cold cuts, oat meal and cold cereals with a full spread of almonds, flax, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cinnamon, cocoa, honey, hard boiled eggs. The walk to the station is about 8 minutes.

The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed. We had a room facing the inner yard, which was quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious, with a large variety of food, including vegan and gluten-free options. Every morning there was some variation (waffles, sandwiches, cakes, ...), which was a really nice take.

Exceptional and I mean EXCEPTIONAL breakfast and included in the price. Really friendly and helpful and efficient service The room was airy and a good size with a very comfortable bed, great view and good location (10 mins walk to the historic centre which is well worth a visit) There was a very relaxed and calm feel to the whole hotel. Nothing too much trouble and lovely sitting areas inside and out I am not sure how it is 2 star really as considerably superior to saver 3 start places I have stayed in in the past twelve nights as I cycle around and move day by day Don’t hesitate to book

a gem, inside. All new renovated rooms, not really a 2 star hotel, more like a four star. Breakfast good. from the outside not as nice as you hope, but when you open the room, it's like a little paradise. Big shower, what is missing is fridge, but not that important. Over all great stay, would go there again ....

Being right on the beachfront was fun. The atmosphere is very alive. Very accommodating to young children. Very delicious breakfast, probably the best breakfast we had on our trip in Italy.

Nothing to dislike, street parking isn’t too bad, the staff and owners were very accommodating and communicated promptly.

It's close to a busy street, during the night there might be some noise, but for me personally it was no problem. If you are a light sleeper, you can book a room on the other side where its'very quiet. The beds are very very soft, it feels a bit like drowning in the matress.

All nice clean and mostly new

There was a problem with aircondition that wasnt fixed until we left (not fault of hotel,aircon was partly working) No fridge in any room.

The hotel locates in Ligurian coast near the beech in walking distance from railway station - 10 min. and wonderful city center - 20 min. The room has basic amentities. The bathroom has shower cabin and bide. The breakfast was basic with sandwiches, yougurts, fruits, sweets. The staff was helpful.

The hotel has sign not Albium but Villa Rosa. No minibar

the staff was amazing, the location, and it’s full of parking all over the area. they are renovating and we were in one of the new rooms which are super! great view on the sea. breakfast is good and I appreciated that they had options for gluten free eaters

they were renovating so it was quite messy, but it wasn’t a problem and it didn’t affect our stay

A recently refurbished property in a superb location facing the beach with several good restaurants on the doorstep. Our host Inna, was super helpful and speaks several languages. We had room 103 which was perfectly comfortable and we had a view of the sea. Plenty of storage, fabulous new bathroom. Breakfast was outstanding! would definitely return.
