The room was fairly spacious with a basic kitchen and table for breakfast (basic with marmalade, cereal, milk, small croissant). Parking outside was very convenient when traveling with car. The bathroom was nicely decorated with painted tiles as in the picture.

The host was rather unwelcoming and didn't even greet us despite living next door. They asked the passports to be sent via email and only came when I said I wasn't feeling comfortable sharing them that way. Cleanliness could also be improved (e.g., toothpaste in the sink, mildew in the shower). Despite the good value for money (considering it was off season), I don't feel we had a pleasant stay.

I really liked the value for money, aesthetic of the room and the bathroom. It was a cosy stay with a cute garden upfront.

I believe the communcation lady was not quite understanding. Generally on bnb's people are quite flexible with 1-2 hours of early check-in or a bit late checkout. The lady concerned repeatedly mentioned to us that if we exceed 10:30 am for checkout it would cost us 20 euros. And repeatedly tried to sway us in that direction.

The apartment was big enough and very well equipped. We had been provided with several stuff for breakfast, however the coffee machine seemed to have a problem. The location of the apartment is very convenient; you can reach on foot the Trulli zone and the town centre in a few minutes. At the same time it is close to the town's ring road and there is a parking place in front of the house, very helpful if you are travelling by car. It is quiet and there is a small balcony and garden to have breakfast or relax in the evening.

We got very annoyed by the owner who at the time of our arrival insisted to ask for an extra charge for our child, although this was not stated when we made the reservation via Booking.com. In the end we didn't pay any extra charge but the child had to sleep with us in the double bed. The owner never showed up and was only communicating by messages.

Perfect location close to Trulli area, parking spot right in front of the house, good apartment size and amenities, nice bathroom.

Had some difficulties of communication in the beginning, a message with instructions/info beforehand would’ve solved a lot. Perhaps also a sheet of paper on the kitchen table with a collection of important info like Wi-Fi password, increased tourist tax or restaurant recommendations would be helpful for others. Pillows a little firm for my taste and bed a little too short for my height but that’s just me.

Great House with a walking distance to the main square of Alberobello. The house was clean and cosy. Thanks for the hospitality.

Only the batroom drain had a blockage - I guess not cleaned and opened the drain offen - but it is not a major problem

The small studio with a great bathroom also includes a small kitchenette. The terrace in front of the studio has a view of the garden and the road behind it, which is not busy. The location is great, you are very quickly in the center to visit the Trullis. The air conditioning works great as well as all other appliances and equipment was fine. Ideal for a short stay. We have not met the owner, however, the check-in and check-out and the communication went great. Breakfast was prepared for the next morning and there was even soy milk which I appreciated.

The kitchen is not suitable for cooking large menus, but for small dishes is quite sufficient.

I really like the location, 5 minutes walk to the Trulli area. The host is really nice and helpful. The room/apartment is really quiet and cozy.

Great location, spacious authentic house with garden, parking just outside, pleasant online communication with hosts. Best you can wish in your journey!
