I recently stayed at a B&B that exceeded all my expectations. The room was clean, spacious, and conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The host's friendliness and warm hospitality made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He generously allowed us to store our bicycles in his garage and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and must-visit spots. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to our days. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The bedroom was cosy and not too small. The breakfast was nice as were the host who served it! The host also reserved us a table at a restaurant nearby as we were arriving quite late. There is a free public parking across the road (2’ walking), very convenient!

The bathroom was really small, we almost had our feet in the bidet as we were sitting on the toilet… not so cosy. Moreover, the door of the bathroom was peculiar and couldn’t be close properly. Our room was directly above the breakfast room (with a direct stair that is lock) and in the morning (7:30), we could hear the other guest (with a small child) take their breakfast (the host did apologise for the noise). A noise cancelling solution could be found for the second door of the room.

Giuseppe went out of his way to help us. He provided useful tips about the restaurants nearby and was able to answer many questions about the area. His command of English is excellent. Continental breakfast with a freshly boiled egg and fresh fruit.

Would have liked to stay longer. It's an extra 1 Km drve to the free public parking that's only 50m away.

Everything is great: location, cleanliness, spacious room and bathroom, refrigerator, air conditioning, fast internet, parking two steps away, very attentive, tactful and caring hosts!!! Next time we will stay here longer to get to know the city, unfortunately this time we were in transit.

Conveniently located around the centre of Alessandria. Very friendly host who made sure everything was to our convenience. Very clean room. Close-by free parking. We arrived very late and tired but thanks to the host's thorough pre-arrangement we quickly and efficiently found our way to a good rest.

House is a bit challenging to find at first but easy enough if you keep your eyes open. It is hard to find a free spot on the nearby free parking lot during daytime.

Giuseppe the host was lovely. We used the property as a stop through from France. It was old, but had everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Free car parking just across the road, and a 5 or so minute walk into the main part of town.

Host was amazing and very responsive. He offered a nice continental breakfast with the room. Room was spacious and gave us what we needed for our one night stay. Free parking very close by.

A little bit difficult to find.

The property was perfect! we travelled while working so it was nice to have a good connection while being really close to the city Center. Giuseppe, the owner, was incredibly nice and helped us a lot. I really recommend this place!

Nothing, everything was great. We had a minor issue with the toilet but the staff fixed it in 5minutes and was very proactive to make our stay incredibly nice!

Owners were very gently. When they knew that will make the check out very early they offered to let a small breakfast for us inside our room. Very nice!

Very kind and helpful hosts. Great apartment in an interesting part of Alessandria. Spotlessly clean, nice breakfast. Definitely recommend.
