Franca and Marco could not have been more welcoming! Franca's joy in providing good service is clear! We were offered a regular or 'surprise' breakfast. We went for the surprise and it didn't disappoint! We were unsure what the apartment was as it's described as a b and b. But basically you have the apartment - we had an amazing roof terrace - and Franca brings you breakfast each morning. The apartment is a 10 minute stroll from the centre and sea front. We loved it!

There is everything you need in the apartment but the decor is very dated and there's a lot of stuff in there- ornaments etc.

Both Franca and Marco were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Wonderful breakfasts delivered to the fabulous private terrace every morning. Tea/coffee making facilities available along with a fridge filled with water and refreshments. The apartment is just a short walk to the port and has supermarkets and restaurants close by. I will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending the accommodation. It was a fantastic experience. Thank you Franca and Marco! ☘️😊

Every day breakfast was a surprise and a very tasty one, home baked and at a time that suited us. The bed was really comfortable, it was lovely to have a roof terrace! Lots of space and very clean. Maria Franca and her son Marco made us feel very welcome.

This experience will be with me for a very long time. From the moment I met Franca, the 5 star experience started. A wonderful person along with Marco who I met at breakfast the next day.what an apartment! Every need was catered for, i HAD to stay an extra night. Franca and Marco could teach a course for would be Booking.com and Air B and B owners who are thinking of starting a business. Location, facilities and view were outta this world. Treat yourself and book their apartment, you will not be disappointed. Gratzie par tutti 🥰

This apartment was even better than I expected. A cosy room, a small but clean bathroom... and a large rooftop terrace! Home made breakfast and a very friendly and warm welcome. Highly recommended!

You cannot use the kitchen -- but there is a fridge, filled with water, yoghurt, juice, fruit, and a coffee machine. Great service!

Super terasa with amazing view all over city and see. Perfect care from owner Maria Franca. She is so willing person! She helped a lot even after we left her place and needed some informations about places in Sardegna. Warmly recommended, if wanna feel like home.
