We absolutely loved staying here!! Parking is for free in front of the house, the accommodation is nice, clean, and very comfortabel, and breakfast is at a very nice cute coffee spot just around the block. Furthermore, communication goes quick and easy through whatsapp and we got a lot of recommendations before our arrival, and the location of the accommodation is also very nice in a quiet neighborhood but close to the city center. And what we really really appreciated, is the support and advice we got while we were having troubles with our car. I could instantly reach the hosts through whatsapp and they were so kind to help :) So, overall, i definitely recommend staying here!!!

Friendly staff, excellent communication through WhatsApp. We appreciated the recommendations the owner sent us through WhatsApp. Easy to check in. The location was perfect! The room was clean. Breakfast was in a bar (4 min walk), where we got a caffe and a croissant. We were offered a bottle of wine in the room. The bed was big and very comfortable

The boiler of the shower ran out of hot water rather quickly. The minibar was not really cold. The rooms are rather noisy, but it did not bother us.

Cozy, very clean, comfortable. Small room with even small balcony. Nice bathroom. Lots of free parking spaces just in front of the building. Simple breakfast in a cute nearby cafe (couple of minutes by foot) - not much, but you get to start your day with a proper coffee :-) Great communication with hosts. Sent us the list with useful tips and recommendations.

System of breakfast is well made - they will give you a ticket to close pub to select meal+coffe ( do not expect big selection ). The host was friendly and gave as all needed information ( all remoted - also infor to acces to the accomodation )

As one and biggest problem is that accomodation is not a one flat for each person. Its a one big flat splited to 4 rooms ( with own bathroom ). Also balcony is quite small due air condition unit.

super clean room and check in and out process was great!! the owner messaging us was very kind and gave us lots of recommendations. we would definitely recommend! it was about 12 minute walk to the town which was good, but as 2 females we wouldn’t choose to walk back at night because the roads are pretty dark. but that was our experience! overall amazing stay!

The guest house has 4 rooms. They are suitable for couples. Very clean and tidy. It has a little balcony with a table and 2 chairs. You can hang your clothes - pecks are provided. It has air-con which is very important in Sardinia. Car parking is not provided but you can park very easily in front of the building. It is free of charge. We can see our car from our balcony. We stayed in July and had no problem to find free space. It is very close to super market, 1 minute walking distance. The breakfast is included but not provided within the guest house. You will have breakfast cards and then you need to go to cafe to have your breakfast. It is 2 minutes walking distance. Very close to old town, 5 minutes walking distance. I recommend not to stay in old town as usually they do not have air-con and very difficult find car parking. The owners are super friendly. They provide all information you need; best beaches, best restaurants and etc. They reply out questions very quick. They welcome us with bottle of wine.

very clean and new. comfy bed. close to restaurants and attractions. great to have a small fridge with beer and water etc ( at a reasonable cost ). felt safe and secure.

The staff was really friendly, Ciro was always available when we needed some information, the location is very nice, close to the old town and excellent restaurants, the room was comfy and quiet. We will be back for sure! :)

Very good located,the center is few minutes walk. Parking is possible and there are a lot of park places for free. The B&B is very clear and beautifull. I would choose again!! :)
