Absolutely amazing!!! Beautiful place and very spacious. Breakfast was self-service in the room. Air conditioning worked great! Bathroom was clean and spacious. Mario was the best. He was so helpful telling us about the area and helping with parking. Beach pads and umbrella were provided as well. Very convenient to walk for food, shopping and the port. There isn't an elevator, but it isn't bad. The stairway is lighted. The small balcony is perfect to step out on and get fresh air and hang wet towels or bathing suits. We LOVED it and hope to return.

The only downside is parking, but that isn't on the BnB. It's just the area. Know that you may have to park and walk about a block, but it isn't a bad walk at all.

The room is large, sunny, with a very useful balcony, the bathroom is spacious, the shower is very good. The breakfast is very good, Mario puts in the fridge quality products. It is spotless clean! The location is perfect, very close to the old town and to lungomare. Parking is not a big problem, there are a lot of parking spots around! Mario is a wonderful host, he welcomed us upon arrival, offered us his parking space very close to the apartment, and helped us with our suitcase both when we arrived and when we left. And what is also very important, he allowed us to stay until the afternoon, and I thank him very much! I definitely recommend this accommodation for visiting Alghero!

Mario was so helpful when we arrived. As we arrived late he was so helpful suggesting a lovely pizzeria around the corner which was perfect for a bite to eat. There is also a lovely coffee shop across the road with fresh pastries, if you fancy a change but Mario has everything you need already in the apartment. Accommodation is located within walking distance from the old town. I cannot recommend this accommodation enough it was so central to everything. Thank you Mario we really enjoyed stay. 10/10.

Very good location, lovely appartment and a very welcoming and friendly host! The appartment is very spacious and with a nice balcony, the location is perfect for exploring Alghero,there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby (the old town is only 2 minutes walk away) and it is easy to park the car very close to the property. We loved the idea of the breakfast - the host supplied us with all the food (which was in the fridge), so it was very convenient to prepare the breakfast by ourselves. The aircondition worked well.

I never have problems calling asleep or sleeping almost anywhere, but this bed was really too hard and unsupportive at the same time, so we both were unable to get a good sleep. Other than that all is perfect.

The location is the best part of this accommodation. You will be in the center of the Old Town in several minutes. The apartment has enough space to relax after a day spent at the beach. It was also quiet in the night and on the staircase. The owner is a very sociable and helpful person that can give you all the information you need about Alghero and the surroundings.

The bed mattress could be renewed for a much better sleep but it was not that bad. :)

Very big room, double the size of most other available rooms at this price. Just a 5 minute walk from the historical town center. The owner Mario even reserved a free parking space for check-in. Parking in free public spaces near the apartment is easy to find. Great place to stay for a visit to Alghero! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A kitchenette would be a nice addition to this room, but you can still easily prepare a simple breakfast.

Mario was an amazing host, he explained everything about the room and its facilities.He also took the time to tell us about the local area and the best places to eat and visit. The room was a good size, with a tall ceiling that gave the feeling of a much bigger room. It was extremely clean, my wife is very particular about cleaniness and she rated it highly. I would highly recommend Abba De Mar to anyone visiting Alghero. Thank you Mario

Mario was very friendly and had provided me with an amazing variety of gluten free food for breakfast. Overall, he was very helpful and waited to welcome us even though our arrival was in the very late evening. If I can get back to Sardinia, I'd love to stay again at Abba de Mar!

Spacious room and well equipped. Very thoughtful attention to guests comfort and convenience. Mario went out of his way to make sure our stay was very memorable. Really appreciated the time helping us with logistics to get to our next location. Would highly recommend the property for location, comfort, care to guests good experience.

+ Location is amazing, only 5-10 mins walk from Airport bus & main bus station in Alghero, moreover from the city center. + Mario is a really nice and very helpful host. He provides you recommendations, advices and already packs the fridge with lots of nice treats. + Breakfast is self-service and rich. + Bed is comfy, bathroom is extremely clean and really nice. We can only recommend this accommodation to anyone who looks for a centrally located, calm and quiet spot in Alghero.
