From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the beauty and tranquility of the grounds—lush gardens, peaceful sitting areas, and a sparkling pool that made it feel like a true retreat. The rooms were absolutely delightful, with cozy touches and stunning views overlooking the bay below. Waking up to that view each morning was something I’ll never forget. And let’s talk about the breakfast—this was not your average Airbnb setup. Every morning, a lovely spread was prepared with fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, creamy yogurts, granolas, and cereals. It felt personal, thoughtful, and truly indulgent. Everything about my stay was restful, warm, and welcoming. Whether lounging by the pool or enjoying a quiet moment in the garden, I felt completely at peace. Bubba Airbnb has my heart—it was one of my favorite stays in all of Italy.

The location is ideal, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings and enjoy the local culture. The owner’s recommendations for local attractions and dining were spot on, making our trip even more memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a peaceful and delightful getaway in Anzio. Cornelia our lovely hostess couldn't have done enough for us. Made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Her local knowledge is also invaluable. The breakfasts had lovely variety with tea and coffee on tap 24/7 if required.

The surrounding streets of Anzio/Nettuno are similar to Rome with litter being an unfortunate eye-sore. It would be great if all ages got more practical and came up with positive solutions to combat the litter challenges.

I recently stayed at a villa in Italy and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa boasts an amazing view and a stunning property. The hosts were wonderful, pleasant people who made our stay exceptional. The hostess greeted us warmly upon arrival, treated us to coffee, and shared the fascinating history of the villa. Inside, the villa is a marvelous home filled with antique details. Outside, there's a large, beautiful pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis on the property. The walk to the sea and the town was very pleasant and took only about 7 minutes. In conclusion, I highly recommend this villa. You will never regret if you stay in this place. It has everything: a great location in a quiet area, authentic Italian atmosphere, wonderful people, and delicious food. My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were looking for a charming place, so we didn't consider hotels. This option turned out to be the best in Anzio. We chose a room with a balcony and a sea view, and we didn't regret it. Almost every evening, we sat on the balcony, had drinks, and enjoyed beautiful views, not only of the sea but also of the city. The house is filled with many wonderful things that create a unique coziness, making you feel like you're not on vacation, but visiting a close friend. The hostess who created this cozy environment is a very kind and interesting woman. She helped with everything, from providing extra pillows for my pregnant wife to assisting with plumbing issues when we had no hot water. Despite having an assistant, she sometimes cooked breakfast for us, which, by the way, was also very good. The beach was about a 15-minute walk away. Beach loungers were available for a fee, which was relatively high compared to places like Greece or Turkey, but we received additional discounts as guests of BUBA BnB. There are many excellent restaurants and cafes near the beach. The beaches were delightful as well. It's clean and lively here, as many people rent spots for the entire season and come with their families. This creates a great atmosphere where everyone knows each other and constantly interacts. There were very few tourists. Because Anzio is small and not very touristy, it was sometimes challenging to find English speakers even in restaurants and stores. Menus were often only in Italian as well. But in general, the people are very friendly. Leaving this place, we were certain that we would come back here because the comfort and atmosphere that Cornelia creates here surpass any expensive hotels. There's life and energy in this place. A Beautiful BbB, set in tranquil and relaxing grounds, we really loved the swimming pool especially after a hot day out exploring. Cornelia was especially amazing and really looked after us, I had a complimentary yoga class and Cornelia was happy to help wherever she could. The breakfasts where excellent and Cornelia also provided a gluten free option which was appreciated.

Nothing to dislike, though note, location is about ten min walk away from the main town and up/down a hill). However the train station is close, and there is a lovely restaurant 5 mins away which we really enjoyed.

This property is a little gem, 1h away from Rome. The big perks are the pool, the sea view and the location, close to the town while being on the calmer end. Cornelia is a very welcoming and accommodating host, who will make you feel comfortable right away.

The house definitely has character which comes with a few downsides such as a difficult window, a difficult shower door but the rest is charming.

Location was great, host was lovely, she picked us up from the train station, and was extremely as our train was delayed. The bed, pillow and bed linin was amazing, so cleans and comfy, Italian cotton white sheets, the pillows were lovely, expensive hotels don't seem to get their pillows right, however BUBA BnB SUPERIOR did, I slept like a baby. I would highly recommend, Thank you BUBA BnB SUPERIOR :)

There was nothing not to like

I loved everything about the guesthouse! The whole property is gorgeous. The room was clean and spacious and the terrace outside is lovely. Connie was a very welcoming host and I enjoyed our conversations a lot. The pool was a highlight and very welcome in the July heat. It is a short walk from the station and to the main town and you dont need a car to get around. Great value for money&would recommend staying here when visiting Anzio :-)

The swimming pool was not available due to heavy rains that happened a couple of days before. But these are natural circumstances.
