Lovely laid-back and friendly staff. Simone and staff went out of their way to accommodate us and assist with local attractions, including reserving restaurants and boat tickets. Rooms were clean and had plenty of natural light. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was great. Very close to public beach area and local town area, also very close to the train station. Great location. Hotel was family oriented, felt very safe staying there and had no issues with noise. Will definitely be returning and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Anzio or near Rome.

Great service! We were pleasantly surprised that they waited for our check-in late in the evening, treated us with goodies and showed us to our room. Our time in this hotel was amazing, the staff did everything for that. Comfortable rooms with everything you may need and an incredible view of the sea from the balcony. Air conditioning, gels, towels, refrigerator, hot water, TV, good views and accessibility to everything, fresh products for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Good location near the beach and many cafes and restaurants around (be sure to ask the villa staff which one to choose). We were really happy staying in Villa Marina.

Everything is okay, but breakfasts mostly with sweet products and for those who eat salty there are boiled eggs, simple yogurts and toast. Therefore, we could always have a tasty and nutritious breakfast.

I stayed in this hotel with my sister. It was a perfect vacation for both of us. The nearest beach was only 5 min far from the hotel. Every morning the host Mr Simone was baking the most delicious croissants I have ever eaten to serve the guests for breakfast. The whole staff was very friendly and loved what they do. Grazie!

Very good location convenient with car, free parking area, very hard to find in Anzio, few minutes walking to the centre and to the beach. Very quiet position. Very good breakfast with lot of choices. Very welcoming host, he gaves us advices for the beach, told us we could leave the luggages and use the toilet before to leave.

The room was a bit small but very clean and with AC

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. There was also air condicioning which made the room temperature tolerable (outside was very hot but in the room nice and cold).

The staff was supernice and helpful. It's quite close to the beach as well as to the city centre. I also really appreciated the bathtub in the room.

The breakfast had very little fresh/healthy options. Also, the room was marketed with ocean view... which did not exist...

Very helpful stuff, they are very caring about guests comfort. very comfortable room, cleaning was very good.

The breakfast included too much sweet food. But they make wonderful coffee 🙂.
