Good price for group. Lovely restaurant 15min walk called la pieve. Older lady very nice, mixing with all the customers.she was the boss with her daughter there and her kids.family run buisness with ex food and 1st class service...lady at san roco was very nice ounce we got in ..asked us what time for breakfast in morning ..but did not speak english.boiled egg croissant and normal continental breakfast on offer .lady realy very nice to us all. Very kind

A bit confusing on how to get in the hotel at 6pm when we arrived. Phoned number and man did not speak English.. said to txt..then we got txt in Italian. Then they sent it in english...was a wee bit of time wasted. But ounce in was ok

Located at entry point to the Alps. Located in quite area of Capo di Ponte, by car accesible and good to do by foot a bit far from commercial area. Great breakfast, friendly staff.

Noisy. You could hear the other guests talk and take a shower. Maybe because of the construction. Instructions would have been nice before arrival about the check in. THere was no one. Then called the telephone number and got instructions. But if i had no phone ...how to get in touch?

Private parking, and also lots of space in front of B&B. Breakfast in the garden. Localisation (just 20 minutes walk from the first UNESCO National Park). One room was very bright and nice.

The other room was a little bit dark (located in the basement), but offered a private kitchen.

The house was very unusual and very typically old Italian! It had so much character, it was great! We were supposed to be staying at b&b san rocco but were changed to this house for some reason. We still got the breakfast at San Rocco which was superb!.

When we arrived at San Rocco b&b there was no one there. So I rang them and was told after a lot of difficulty because of the language barrier (our fault we cannot speak Italian) that we were staying elsewhere!. We couldn't understand the address so eventually she whatsapped me it and still we struggled. Even asking a local in the street ! They wouldn't come to Sam rocco to take us to the new place for some reason. Once we arrived at the new place just a few streets away another lovely lady met us & showed us the house. I feel they should have contacted us to tell us the situation not leave it for us to arrive and then have to ring them !

Not much to criticise really, we were happy with everything

all advertised items (kitchen, bathroom, bed etc) worked well; breakfast is typical Italian, ie not suitable for diabetics.. but also had "added value" with cheese and salami; the car park was inside the house court - in the basement (= safe place); the standard time of breakfast was from 8am but the kind landlord speaking English sufficiently met our wishes to have it from 7:30am

not only our car but also the room was in the basement but at least thus wasn't hot at all; the display of TV-set as big as one of a laptop; like elsewhere in Italy, the doublebed had one big sheet/blanket, not two individual ones as my wife and me used to have... (however, for many others it's just advantage, I guess)

Great place, very good value for money, close to so many beautiful walks, close to road but not noisy at all. Breakfast was more then expected and the lady who prepared it was amazing. Thank you

The staff was extremely friendly. They don't speak English very well but communication worked and we also used Google translator when needed. The location is amazing, we could see the mountains from the yard (we had our own yard with table and chairs). There was also a nice shared yard. Our room was clean and nothing to complain about.

Perfect terrace, different places in the garden to sit and be in peace with myself with great view to the mountains.
