A spacious room with a jacuzzi and sauna giving an impressive view over the hills. The room had candles and bath robes available for a quality bath. Breakfast that was served in the room was abundant.

The fuse was down in the switchboard, so the evening was interrupted by the staff fixing jacuzzi. The bed was absolutely terrible.

The breakfast was very good. It would have been excellent had there been eggs, or orange juice. However, the other juices were very good.

It was difficult bringing luggage up from the parking lot. There is a steep climb to the main entrance making it difficult. Maybe some assistance like a dolly with wheels.

Very nice and served as great location for large group for wedding in nearby Grottominarda.

No use of pool. Also paid for a room that supposedly had spa access but was told you had to book an appt to use the spa (and no appts coincided with our availability (due to wedding activities).

We had a lovely stay in Ariano Irpino. The Hotel Buffy was located conveniently to Ariano Irpino, and the staff was exceptional. We extended our stay twice, and they were very accommodating. We look forward to returning again soon.

Staff very friendly. My Italian isn't very good at all but they made a real effort to understand our needs at all times. I really enjoyed my stay. Also has a cafe/restaurant down the road was brilliant and the staff were really friendly and found it was great value for money. Aircon was great too on a hot day!

The pool was not for swimming - just decoration. The spa is a space you pay to use ( sauna, steam room, showers, etc) the sort of thing you get free in many hotels. We were advised we could eat at the Biffy Restaurant up the road except that we found it was closed for two weeks

Very comfy bedding and clean room, nice selection at breakfast and staff made me feel very welcome. I tried to book in for a full body massage however they were fully booked. The staff at the hotel arranged for me to go over the road instead for my massage and it was just as good! Great customer service thank you for thinking outside the box for me. Lovely hot shower and air con worked perfectly.

The bathroom could have had conditioner rather than just a shampoo and body wash combo

Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, great shower, private balcony. Good price, centrally located, extremely nice staff.

A little worn at the edges but overall very clean and nice.

Luxury set up, well organized

May be the stroll to the (excellent) restaurant, the after dinner stroll was ok again.

Everything was amazing, it's a fabulous place to stay at. We could even check in earlier free of charge
