A very beauful hotel in the Esmeralda coast near all the most marvellous beaches. Great Location. Very very clean. A wonderful big room for four . Beautiful new bathroom. Great pool. Lovely breakfast. Amazing people. Very friendly and polite. Everybody in the reception, in the pool , cleaning ladies. We could stay after the check out on the pool. Great huge garden, tennis court, football pitch, playground for children. Very dogs friendly. Coffee and water every day free in the room. Wonderful restaurants nearby. We loved the stay and would like to come back.

Great authentic Italian design at the hotel made the stay extra special. Not an average ‘hotel’ interior design you could expect. Facilities were great and the staff also lovely. As a sweet gesture, coffee and tea at the breakfast table was served by the staff.

The rooms could have had flip-flops in them since the floors get quite cold during the autumn season at least.

Lovely hotel in the Sardinia countryside with views over the mountains. Great pool and nice jacuzzi (not hot) with a waterfall shower. The hotel helped us get to the local archaeological sites using their transport when we couldn’t hire bicycles.

We had the set dinner which had a starter and dessert buffet which were great but the main I had was disappointing (tasteless white fish in a gloopy gravy). The hotel is in the countryside so you really need a car here unless you just want to lie by the pool all day. This hotel used to hire bikes and doesn’t any more. They gave us details of local operators but neither had bikes available/could bring to the hotel. The hotel website mentions cycling/bike tours/bike hire etc so this should be updated to make it clear that this is through local partners and subject to availability.

Nice pool and good location with easy access to a lot of interesting places to visit. San Panteleo, Porto Cervo etc

The first room we were given did not match the type we had booked and was not very nice. However, the hotel then offered us a much better room

The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful. Daniela gave great recommendations on what to see, where to eat. The location gives you access to places worth visiting along the northeastern coast. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, clean pool

Very comfortable (from the second day when they remembered to power the heaing in the room, after a very cold night). Very good restaurant with fine food and excellent srvice. Reception helpful too.

The hotel hosts coach parties. Whilst the staff coped well with these wthout neglecting other guests, sme coach rivers were not disciplined and caused unnecessary blockages to the car-part entrance/exit.

The staff at the desk were amazing & very helpful highlighting ideal beach locations for us to visit given our short stay. The breakfast offering was substantial & very good quality. The swimming pool & pool area were fantastic.

Good selection at breakfast buffet. Pool was refreshing (not certain if it was heated but was fine for cooling off!)

Reception lady was friendly and flexible with rooms and giving us option to pay for have a late check at 4pm due to a late flight.

During the days when we were there, there were dogs in the room next to us. So, there was a bit of noise, especially when their owners returned from outside. Our room was close to the pool. Also mattress was not 100% comfortable.
