Firstly and most importantly a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff: Cristina & Team at Front Desk for their brilliant service from a very late check in, organising a tour, providing guest services to shower when we had a late flight after check out, to being on hand to answer a whole load of Qs we had. All with patience and a friendly smile! Lino our poolside attendant who discreetly ensured our comfort while soaking up the beautiful rays! Mirko, Giovanni, Zuzanna who looked after us at breakfast & dinner - no words can truly convey the exceptional service level & hospitality we were given it was first class! Patricia, Riccardo & Flavio who manage the bar and were a daily delight to us with their welcoming nature and ability to make us feel like VIPs every day! Paula the GM who courteously made time to speak with us and ensure we were enjoying our stay! We have stayed in many luxury hotels in our lifetime; most hit the mark, a few use the word ‘luxury’ simply to get more business and the standard is anything but. I can honestly say L’Ea Bianca Luxury Resort is out of this world on every level. Superb location (only 30 mins drive from Olbia Airport), nestled by the sea and mountain range amidst beautifully kept vegetation, beautifully spacious and comfortable rooms with a huge bed, bathroom (and DOUBLE waterfall/free standing shower facilities!), big balcony with pool/sea view, water bottles provided each day and super quick facilities for cleaning the room each day and carrying out the turndown service each night. I would recommend opting for the half board - the evening meals are a la carte fine dining style, delicious, flavoursome and filling! Initially we booked breakfast only as we intended to go out each evening to sample the local cuisine however this is ideal if you’ve rented a car (we hadn’t) and are comfortable driving on the right (we aren’t!).

Bathrooms in the villas need to be improved. Water is flowing when you take shower.

The staff are absolutely exceptional, professional, warm, efficient. The gardens and outdoor areas are beautifully kept and furnished. The food /dinners were good, half board is very good value.

The reception area, restaurant, bedrooms and hallways are all VERY dated, old fashioned and in need of major investment. The air conditioning or lack of in gym and bedroom. The property is a bit isolated and taxis are expensive. Hire a car and bring your driving license!!

The hotel is wonderful with a calm and very clean environment. The view is beautiful from any location. The attention to details is impressive. The room was very good with great sea / pool view. The balcony was spacious with two comfortable chairs and table. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and I really appreciated no ornamental cushions on the bed. Everything is spotless and the service is outstanding. Everybody is very professional, attentive and friendly in any area of the hotel. The pool is very good with a decent number of sunbeds. At times could seem that are not enough for all guests but having more than that would make you feel in any average touristic village. It’s also plenty of other seats in the grass and between the bar and the pool there are many comfortable garden chairs. If you prefer swimming in the sea there is a direct access to the beach. Keep in mind that is not a sandy beach and may need rock shoes but you cannot blame the hotel for that. Need to consider that there are no shops and restaurants in walking distance but there is a very nice restaurant on site. Breakfast is also great with great options and tastes even better if can be enjoyed in the garden tables. Apart the quality of the property what makes this hotel outstanding is definitely the quality of the service. Highly recommended.

The only point is the gym as would be nice to have more equipment. At the moment there is just one treadmill, one bike and relatively light dumbbells. Not sure about the huge tv with sofas in the gym.

I wanted somewhere I could heal after illness. I normally treat holidays as rush rush see everything but this about somewhere I could be safe as a solo traveller and be comfortable. I liked it was away from the hustle and bustle. My room was huge, the food was stunning, alternating from swims in the sea, the pool and the spa. Heaven on earth but the real value of this place is the kindness of the people that work there. Upon arrival, the team have learnt your name, you get a letter welcoming you to their home and some snacks. Thank you so much.

Staying at l’Ea Bianca was a great experience . The hotel is amazing . Staff is very welcoming, highly professional and always smiling . The pool was unbelievably calm and extremely clean . Great experience ! We’ll come back !

Difficult to say …😉 may be the access to the sea could be done differently and more easily .

The staff was super friendly and supportive, views were amazing, villa garden was really well looked-after, the villa was cleaned twice a day.

Breakfast menu selection for such a level of resort could be wider and more intriguing. Also, more attention to little details should be paid - I have found a bathrobe that had a hole and it was not replaced. In addition, both shampoos and conditioners were not renewed daily.

Beach bar only opened on our last couple of days stay. We had booked a villa but when we got there it was on a very steep hill and my partner has a knee problem. The staff did manage to move us to the hotel which saved the holiday What I did see of our villa however was I thought of a poor standard for a luxury resort

Beautifully located hotel with superb helpful and professional staff. Nice beach with clear water. Great swimming pool. If you are looking for hotel with the possibility of full, deep relaxation - it's the perfect place. I would also recommend to go to spa. Therapist is top of the top. The rescue man on the swimming pool is very polite and helpful.

The hotel can be reached only by car. So it is better to rent a car or take a taxi if one wants to go to Porto Cervo or San Pantaleoni.

Location, friendly staff. Beautiful hotel with great views of the water. Huge pool. Close to a nice beach. Loved it.

Gym needs some minimal investment. Some large fans for the heat. Heavier weights. Maybe a Concept2 Rowing machine. Only one odd moment. At breakfast staff (correctly) announced serving was stopping at 10h30. No problem. But a plate holding meat to distract wasps was abruptly cleared away at that time. Result? We were confronted by a mini swarm of 20-30 slightly miffed wasps next to our table and had to leave hurriedly. Not joined up thinking on that one lads. Otherwise- hotel is totally excellent.
